It looks to me like the Porsche driver simply did the classic "lift-off too-much" thing. This is a common mistake in cars with a rearward weight bias. I don't think he was scared at all. If anything, it probably scared the bus driver because the Porsche could have ended up causing an accident with the bus.
A proper driver would not have cheered. No matter how fantastic his vehicle is (which it is, really). That's my point. Seen too many accidents on the 'ring to agree with all of you.

He is 46 years old and a very good, intelligent driver I think. This VW T1 Bus was built all by himself, it took him 6 years!
What would you do if you overtake a Porsche with a BUS that took you 3000 hours to build? Man, I would do exactly the same as he did!
Hi didn't cheer because he could "scare" the porsche driver off-track. This was just pure joy!
