I was wondering, I got a lesson once and part of it was very much like this - do you put your lead foot forward, meaning if say your right foot is more dominant that is in front on the board? That's what I was taught but I just wanted to consider you opinion =3 Thanks~ x

she doesnt show u how 2 stand up on d surf board!well if ur only starting out surfing i would reccommend practising popping up on d beach first and perfecting it b4 u go out in the water,as 4 stance find out if ur a goofy surfer or a regular surfer u can find out by popping up if ur left foot is forward ur a regular,if ur right foot is forward ur a goofy surfer:)

Since men and women have different centers of gravity I would expect Surfing for Girls to make that distinction about standing on the board but I didn't hear it. Does anyone know?

I'm trying to learn as much as I can before summer when I take my first lesson.
