  • Thanks for your comment, my products are for everyone I talk about God because, of what God has done in my life, I have many clients that are friends, that say they are not christian, and yes they are still my friends, I am not trying to force chritianity on any one, I mention God because he is the center of my life

  • Hey sorry to bug you again Fitness King. I "came up" with a delt exercise that I tried the other day and I'm really feeling it. I don't know if there's a name for it or it is an actual exercise, but I thought I'd share. I took an easy bar and rested the bends in the bar in the bend of my arms (on the elbow joints) and just raised my arms up (rotating the delts) until the bar was infront of my nose.

  • ...Now, keeping your hands together, push your elbows out and up, toward your ears. Go just above horizontal. If you do it with enough weight and reps, with good timing and flow, you will definately feel it throu your delts and traps. Your other excercies is good if you don't go to heavy. Using db's also helps to get seperation in your muscle.

  • Hey Fitness King. When I do any kind of hanging leg raise, I'm feeling it mostly in that pelvic area in the pelvic notches (just on the inside of those two pelvic bumps on either side of the crotch). Should I be feeling it there, is that normal?
