While a brain shot is the quickest kill shot available, the risk of wounding the animal is to great. Example- if you slightly pulled the shot to the left or right, you break the animals jaw and they die of starvation. Or if you graze the eye socket and blind them. The risks far outweigh the benefits of taking the head shot. My hopes are that at least one hunter here will see this comment and take high percentage shots.
