Well, interesting story. Back when they were still posting their episodes on YouTube, it was FUNimation who removed the first episode. However, TFS had a series of back-and-forth emails with FUNimation telling them that it was a parody and asking them if they could still do it. It was a very short series of back-and-forth emails because FUNimation gave them the green light in a pretty short period of time. Toei wasn't okay with it, but FUNimation was--that's why they rock.
