Ok I tried curling two weeks ago. It's a lot harder than it looks. You need a good sense of balance and a strong core to throw a stone. The sweeping is actually the least physically demanding part.

I've only been curling once and I just couldn't keep my body position at all after I released the stone. I'd defo do it much more if there were more places to play in Finland. It's great fun I recommend trying it!
