According to the posts in Chinese Forum, what happened was the Chinese organizer let the fans hop on the bus; all the fans were offered to "piggy back" if the hotel (where Declan would stay) happened to be on their way..... Of course!! I can understand how hard for those fans to reject the offer, (in fact some of them regretted while still on the bus, been recorded in this video); It is the organizer who did not handle it professionally!
