What you Armos don't realize is that none of these weapons actually belong to Armenia! they're on a lend-lease program agreement with Russia! Armenia is limited to the terms of the contractual agreement which comes with it! Armeni is far too poor to buy it's own weapons (they must rely on handout from other nations)!
