good effort lads but theres no point spending all day chucking lures's into the same swim. try walking several miles down the canal and chucking into every good looking swim along the way. it will up your chances of catching a pike alot. if u havent had a pike hit your lure within about 20 minutes of casting into a canal swim then there probably isnt any pike in the area.
