thx man, I searched and searched but I only found Leroy Petriboni (he is in Jersey's Sports Bar, in a small room on the left - YELLOW shirt, sunglasses, black hair) and Ray Fogliano ( On top of second building on left side, if you come from Corman's Drive-In, before car cinema). Now I've 3 soldiers with 2 classes :)

Because you probably only have 2 spaces unlocked, and both of them are filled.

Cos youve probably just started the game so only have 2 positions unlocked for made men and theyre both full.
