Some men are good father they care of their kids but some father are just piece of human shit, those tathers rather to have sex take care of other man kids than their own . To many men do what they are supposed to be doing, but the courts say they are not being fathers. Not because they weren't in their childs life, but because they didn't have the money to cut the mother a check. A good friend of mine now has custody of his son, but was never rewarded any child support what so ever. The thing is he has his son for two years before he was granted full custody and the courts made him pay child support while he had his own son living under his own roof.

All he wants is his license back. I used to sympothise for all of the women who had to do things on their own, but now I see what a privlage many of them have. It is a privlage to have custody of your children, one that is not usually afforded to men. If it's all about the children than men should have the chance to be a part of their childrens lives. In many cases this will only be possible with a full reform of the child support system.

I (being on leave from Albany Law School and forced to be on public aid) can't believe the lack of "heros" with law degrees! THEY ALL KNOW IT IS CORRUPT but NOT ONE has the guts to take it on! I have grounds to sue family court but don't have a lawyer to do it and would be stupid to stress myself out anymore by filing it myself!

people dont believe the corruption till they deal with it personally! A family court judge told me of the civil rights violations that were done to me in family court by child support Magistrate Isabel Buse ! I would give her a medical report and she would say its no good and demand x-rays. I didnt know she had to be a licensed radiologist but she did!

i was arrested for loosing my job for blocked eye ducts from the job i had the flour blocked my eye ducts i was arrested because the judge thought i was lieing and in jail was check by a doctor who said yep there blocked

They had his CPS indication expunged, his 2 crim charges dismissed, homestudy covering up loose insulation in his bedroom where my daughter sleeps in the same bed and leaks and not sufficient heat etc because of a law suit Webber v Scarano. He WAS screwing Scarano but has joined her evil in order to get "things" fixed and take my daughter from me and her 2 sisters! He HAD a case too, COLLINS v SCARANO but allowed it to be dismissed! He hasn't had a job since Jan 2006 & has gotten $ from a cop

Isabel Buse did this to me too! I Broke my back! She refused all (real) medical reports. She would demand x-rays. I found out she could not legally read them. On the next violation I brought all x-rays and mri's. I demanded to go before a judge,after a 1 way hearing she placed contempt of court on me! I was escorted before judge Arlen Spinner I watched him stop at a contempt report that had a yellow note attached to it! He read the note yelled at me and sentenced me to 6 months at riverhead!

I lost my driver's license too a couple years ago and would be under a bridge if it weren't for a kind brother. Hang in there. The author of the law allowing the states to take a driver's license away from working parents obligated to pay child support and the Governors that look the other way as 1000s of lives are ruined, are traitors. The treatment of non-custodial parents in this Country is barbaric.
