Don't encode you project in DVD studio pro. Encode it with compressor.
From FCP, go to Export with Compressor. From the drop down menus in compressor you will have plenty of codec options. Go to the DVD folder and choose a setting that best fits you project. Really depends on length.
You can customize the settings further but I have found that the default settings are rather good quality options.
@ ummkno: yes, you are right, DVD Studio Pro (well, Final Cut Studio as a whole in fact) is ONLY for Apple Macs :) If someone has A FCS app on their PC, then they have hacked it and should be killed :)
How does he export the fcp file to dvd studio pro, in the begin of the clip? I myself use compressor to do this, but in the video they seem to do this in a different way?
thanks...very helpful

Hi There.
The tutorial has been very helpful but the TIMING RESULT is not the same as of the FCS.
The clip on FCS was 4:39;16 but after encoded to DVD Pro it became 3:53;09, which cut the end of the clip.
Another clip was 5:26;08 but in DVD Pro it got 4:32;06.
Can anyone tell me what should I do to get it wright? Thanks in advanced!!!

Just export a quicktime movie from FCP but not a 'self-contained' movie. I hate macs btw, tho i'm forced to use them.
