Fucking hell, this is why I miss pride so much.
The UFC was always good but they can never reach that truly EPIC feeling that japanese mma shows can.

I like UFC too, there as a lot of great talent there.
But the redneck vibe is still incredibly strong, not so much with the fighters but the presentation and most of all the fucking AUDIENCE.
I went to UFC 91 and wanted to kick the shit out of everyone around me for booing 95% of the entire event

Only way to watch it is to find a stream of it online. Justin TV will have a few going.
And I think the event starts at 2 or 3am for people in the US.

That's Akira Maeda pushing the trophy at Kiyoshi Tamura. Maeda has a grudge against Tamura for leaving RINGS to join PRIDE.
before that fight Hideo Tokoro slapped Tamura during the staredown. Tokoro is a RINGS guy as well.
