Yes PGR and Forza would have made a nice match.....PGR has best sounds/graphics ever in a racing game. Sim or not, PGR its not far off from Forza drivability but way more convincing
it s not crazy , it s a must , it s asimulation , it needs rain and night , and more tune options , especially the drift stuff needs to be much better , those custom front chambers drifters use , more tire sizes and combinations , and maybe some more aftermarket parts , like the donforce spoilers and bumpers for drifting , and more tune options , and maybe just a little bit better and bigger paint system , but i think all these things will be in forza 3 !
they cant integrate that production car (I'm not talking about nissan gt series) because in the cockpit view there's the telemetry made by Polyphony Digital

Nice vid. Forza has always been better than GT, since the very first game. Forza has customization. GT doesnt. Same goes to damage and online > wich is a big aspect of the game. GT only got Damage and online in the GT5.
Hmm.. Seeing how in FM2, your car will ALWAYS move unless you don't have fuel even when you crash the car to 100% damage on simulation, I want the ability for the car to be totaled :D
I like FM2 but I would like to add : I hope they work on their bodykits like the CRX there's no sideskirts for that car!!! and the wheels variety and there's a couple of vehicle shapes like the NSX 1st generation i mean what happened they didn't have the rights for that car? or the Silvia S15 they look different.
How can you compare Forza 2 which came out a few years ago to GRID which came out 08/09. Of course the crashes and the graphics are going to be better the FM2. I think FM3 is going to be the same as GRID, but with more cars to choose from!

FM3 looks great but I doubt the damage will be anywhere close to DIRT/GRID's capabilities. Then again, both are completely different! Either way, Turn10 is going to be spoiling us in a few months ;)

If you check out the profile for the game on Gamestop, Drifting is oneo f the new competitions in the game. Which makes sense because that's considered a racing sport now. I don't care much for it but, I usually use muscle cars on turn based races and to make great times I had to learn how to drift like a freak to keep up with my friends tuner and exotic cars for those tracks.

With the exception of nascar; races are run in the rain,snow,etc... As long as they aren't excessive (like a hurricane). Here in Georgia, i've seen friends race in heavy rain with wet race tires.

i agree in physics, many thing that can improve forza.And pinks with xbox live or inter conection. Personally sometimes i dont want to race and only want to tune up cars so they can get mor cars and the option to tune up just for fun.

all of that, plus what FanFerrari23 said, plus something like Need For Speeds autosculpt, maybe a custom track maker? Okay, the track thing is a bit much, but you get it. Also, make the cars all have unique sounds. i.e. the C6.R in Forza 2 did not sound like the actual C6.R.
I've allways wanted to be able to make custom ones, especially for the cars that only have the stock/forza option for body kits. That has allways driven me crazy. Thats the only real reason why I say that.
i would be good, but you must take into account Turn10 did make the bodykits in the sense of simulation so think of the amount of variations they will have to place down for it.
if anyone would gift me any cars i will take even the worst. clean out youre garage and give me any cars you dont need on xbox 360, gift me any car my gamer tag is cool kevan (any cars U to R4)
i think the most important thing forza needs is BETTER/REALISTIC ENGINE SOUNDS. also better turbo sounds and make the sound when you add strieght cut gears LOUDER.
i think the engine sounds are the worst out of any game on forza 2 i would almost argue that engines sound better on forza1
and more races on carrer with class. maybe 8 tracks for each class instead of 4. thatway you would need 2 different cars to win all in 1st place. one iwht good accel/handleing and another with top speed
cockpit view, newer cars (BMW M5, M3,Audi RS4, R8) more upgrades for BMWs, weather, better career mode, ex- pick a country, expand from there, F1 cars, real drivers, and purchase cars that come with either manual or auto transmissions, not to change it

They better fix the screwed up brake rotor glowing red hot after 60ft of braking on ANY CAR with cold rotors or anything. Yeah, MABY slowing from 200-0 at threshold but c'mon not every time I touch the brakes.

I think the graphics are great as they are, but I really wish the crashes were better, and you could total your car instead of just making it impossible to drive. I want cockpit view, goo crashes, tire walls that don't grip and destroy, but help protect your car(a la grid), off-road terrain needs a revamp. No magical 20 mph super stop grabbing, instead control loss and/or penalties(such as longer pits and small bumper damage) and, at high speeds, sideways=rolling(again, grid)...
AKA if I NASCAR stock car can take a shortcut over dirt on a road course and overtake 2 people, I want to be able to too(although it could have gone with a popped tire or crash or loss of control aswell). Also, pits need a revamp. they don't need it, but an actual pit crew would be a nice touch. And engine damage should only be repairable via option in difficulty settings, and body damage should be repairable. I always found it funny they could replace a engine, but not fix a bumper...
Also, instead of winnings, damage repair should come straight from your bank, and more expensive parts or more expensive cars should make for more or less cost to fix damage(look at Need For Speed High Stakes to see), although being able to restart or quit a race without having to pay should be kept, as it makes thing less frustrating. Also, I'd love a practice option at the beginning of a race to get a quick feel and tune before racing(and not have to pay for damage then)...
Also, a drifting mode would be awesome aswell. Although none of that pansy arcade drifting(atleast, not without some difficulty changing), I want to be drifting on the same physics as normal driving. Although assist settings could help make it more accessible. Only thing that could be problematic is tuning it to drift for some... Autocross would be nice aswell. Also, it'd be nice to have sprint racing and/or mountain racing. although I could care less if they weren't added...
Also, the auction house could use a buy now feature, kind of like eBay. That's my large list of what I hope for in FM3, but I won't mind if half the stuff isn't in it. I just want a cockpit view, better crash and wall physics, no evil gravity bending dirt, maybe a few more tracks and/or cars, and being able to change small things in the pits(like tire pressure or less fuel, and maybe some other options I can't think of now) and maybe make them long/shorter based on it.
Customization was more than enough for me (tire pressure, downforce, etc all catered for), the cars were fine again (everything I love, I had).
More tracks are always welcome but that's nothing major and a cockpit view is always fun for a while but in no game do I use it regularly.
Graphics though are important for me, especially when compared to the competition where Forza is just too clinical and ugly. And who doesn't love big crashes? :D
i think forza 3 needs weather/night and day driving.. you should be able to change the type of lights you have like hid's.. dyno's for tuning,more engine noise like blow off valves super charger whine,better crashes,trucks and suv's,polishing the lips of rims,tinting tail lights, cawl hoods, and bring back, the thing when you teach the computer to drive so people with xbl can race against there created cars a drivers...
I highly agree weather,night,day,dynos and all the tuning options you have included should really be in this game oh and in car views dont forget that.

Okay first things first I think there needs to be a "Rivals Face-Off" between the SSC Ultimate Aero and the Bugatti Veyron 16/4. I mean hello it's possible most heated debate in the automotive world. Also there needs to be at least two more car classes; "TR"- Track Day/Kit Cars (Radicals, Westfields, Atoms, Ultimas...) and "F1"- F1 Cars (obviously). There also needs to be much better crashes including flips as well as "In-Car" views. Also they should bring back "Point-to-Point".

I say no to nitrous, but about the being booted, yeah I run into that alot too. I think its because either it's a clan like you said or in my case they check my stats while I'm selecting a car and decide I'm a noob and kick me. But I'm clearly not (see my Forza 1 vid) even though my stats say I only have 20 races or so, but I also have the same number of first place finishes as races...hint hint. :-P

I dont know about you guys but I think what there guna do with the 2 disks is have 1 disk for arcade and 2 for sim kinda like gran turismo 2 did becouse it would be a pain if you were half way in career mode and it was like please insert disk 2. and I want interer view not only the front but the back and the sides and have the crash modeling like grid with out all the glichis becouse I noticed that grid had alot of glichis.

Was waiting for Codemasters F1 09.
Once I found out its delayed, bought PGR 4 and Forza 2. PGR 4 is great and fun etc(raced about 3 seasons worth).
Theres no dashboard in Forza 2. WHAT IDIOTS!.

i think the most important thing forza needs is BETTER/REALISTIC ENGINE SOUNDS. also better turbo sounds and make the sound when you add strieght cut gears LOUDER.
i think the engine sounds are the worst out of any game on forza 2 i would almost argue that engines sound better on forza1
and more races on carrer with class. maybe 8 tracks for each class instead of 4. thatway you would need 2 different cars to win all in 1st place. one iwht good accel/handleing and another with top speed

They better fix the screwed up brake rotor glowing red hot after 60ft of braking on ANY CAR with cold rotors or anything. Yeah, MABY slowing from 200-0 at threshold but c'mon not every time I touch the brakes.

I think the graphics are great as they are, but I really wish the crashes were better, and you could total your car instead of just making it impossible to drive. I want cockpit view, goo crashes, tire walls that don't grip and destroy, but help protect your car(a la grid), off-road terrain needs a revamp. No magical 20 mph super stop grabbing, instead control loss and/or penalties(such as longer pits and small bumper damage) and, at high speeds, sideways=rolling(again, grid)...

AKA if I NASCAR stock car can take a shortcut over dirt on a road course and overtake 2 people, I want to be able to too(although it could have gone with a popped tire or crash or loss of control aswell). Also, pits need a revamp. they don't need it, but an actual pit crew would be a nice touch. And engine damage should only be repairable via option in difficulty settings, and body damage should be repairable. I always found it funny they could replace a engine, but not fix a bumper...

Also, instead of winnings, damage repair should come straight from your bank, and more expensive parts or more expensive cars should make for more or less cost to fix damage(look at Need For Speed High Stakes to see), although being able to restart or quit a race without having to pay should be kept, as it makes thing less frustrating. Also, I'd love a practice option at the beginning of a race to get a quick feel and tune before racing(and not have to pay for damage then)...

Also, a drifting mode would be awesome aswell. Although none of that pansy arcade drifting(atleast, not without some difficulty changing), I want to be drifting on the same physics as normal driving. Although assist settings could help make it more accessible. Only thing that could be problematic is tuning it to drift for some... Autocross would be nice aswell. Also, it'd be nice to have sprint racing and/or mountain racing. although I could care less if they weren't added...

Also, the auction house could use a buy now feature, kind of like eBay. That's my large list of what I hope for in FM3, but I won't mind if half the stuff isn't in it. I just want a cockpit view, better crash and wall physics, no evil gravity bending dirt, maybe a few more tracks and/or cars, and being able to change small things in the pits(like tire pressure or less fuel, and maybe some other options I can't think of now) and maybe make them long/shorter based on it.

More or less, yes.
Customization was more than enough for me (tire pressure, downforce, etc all catered for), the cars were fine again (everything I love, I had).
More tracks are always welcome but that's nothing major and a cockpit view is always fun for a while but in no game do I use it regularly.
Graphics though are important for me, especially when compared to the competition where Forza is just too clinical and ugly. And who doesn't love big crashes? :D

Okay first things first I think there needs to be a "Rivals Face-Off" between the SSC Ultimate Aero and the Bugatti Veyron 16/4. I mean hello it's possible most heated debate in the automotive world. Also there needs to be at least two more car classes; "TR"- Track Day/Kit Cars (Radicals, Westfields, Atoms, Ultimas...) and "F1"- F1 Cars (obviously). There also needs to be much better crashes including flips as well as "In-Car" views. Also they should bring back "Point-to-Point".

I say no to nitrous, but about the being booted, yeah I run into that alot too. I think its because either it's a clan like you said or in my case they check my stats while I'm selecting a car and decide I'm a noob and kick me. But I'm clearly not (see my Forza 1 vid) even though my stats say I only have 20 races or so, but I also have the same number of first place finishes as races...hint hint. :-P

well i want cockpit view. better damage. graphix could have been better. i heard there r gonna be like 400 tracks and cars. when the game comes out it will be sold in 2 cd's. so i want better drifting, more customization, and i f they put like suv's from dakar and baja1000 so we could race in the dessert. and i want a circuit editor. just like in far cry 2 but so we can make our own circuits and customize them with stuff

I dont know about you guys but I think what there guna do with the 2 disks is have 1 disk for arcade and 2 for sim kinda like gran turismo 2 did becouse it would be a pain if you were half way in career mode and it was like please insert disk 2. and I want interer view not only the front but the back and the sides and have the crash modeling like grid with out all the glichis becouse I noticed that grid had alot of glichis.

There are a few things forza needs:
-better crashing like in this vid, the car damage was very limited body wise and why can't i flip my car?
-Better graphics like this vid said, the only thing that looked real in this game is the car and the sky
-More weather conditions, I want to drive in rain and maybe snow and at night
-and the last thing that pisses me off: when i do a burnout the smoke never increases enough to even fill the screen its so limited.
