I followed your directions per video, and spark plug changing was a snap. Thanks! Ironically, I was able to order NGK CR7EIX (iridium) plugs online, but not from NGK directly. I went to auto parts store, and they had the CR7E, and they looked in the NGK book, but it didn't list the CR7EIX for burgers (400's) either. Weird. I'm using a CR7E, but will swap to a IX when I get it. Old plug was a CR8EIX, which kept stalling bike if I used 87 octane gas. With CR7E, can run 87 oct no prob.
Let us know when you do. Tell your friend to change the wheel bearings on both wheels, to watch the bolts on the main stand as they come lose over time and fit a volt gauge as the Regulator Rectifiers tends to go after 8 to 10000Km. Apart from that, a grate machine. I have mine since new 04.
@MrGo2000 thank you! I don't think I would get a 650 :-D haha... but my good friend just got a 650 I am going to post the videos of engine removal and maybe some others in future
Hi Mitch, thanks for your reply. My Burgman AN400 is from 2010. As I understand from your mail, 2010 models in the US have dual headlights for both low and high beam. Correct? In that case I should know where to order a set. Can you direct me the way? Thanks, Erik
Thanks for your videos, Im so pleased, I made following your videos: oil changes, final gear oil change, air filter change, CVT cleaning, spark change, its cool! Thank you! (sorry about my english)
Hi Mitch, I love all your Burgman footage. Helped me a lot. Even gave ideas as the J. Costa vario. It's amazing!
Still I've a question: I should like double headlights on when driving instead of one now for dimmed and separate for head. Do you know if such a set is available in the usa. I'm from Holland. You can e-mail my at burgmanerik@gmail.com

@burgmanerik hey what year is your burgman? 07 is only year that don't have dual headlights on in USA.. my bike is 07 so I bought HID projectors that do both low and both high beam at once :)

I don't think i ever heard other burgman riders use michelin but a lot of Vespa riders use those, good feedback, I would like to hear about them on your burgman!
Pirelli Diablo r good, many use the oem tire bridgestone Hoop, that's what I have on my burgman, I never have problem with bridgestone. They last so long.. 28k mi on front, 16-17k mi on rear :-D
@robertwillmer oh yes! I rode to Austin from Las Vegas straight in one day and my butt never got sore.. I would not ride without beads, love it!!!! and awesome for hot weather so air can cool your butt off from the bottom
I guess Albert Einstein's theory of relativity is more easy to understand than the reasons why Suzuki has made it such a magic trick to replace the spark plug - and according to Your video, it seems to be now even much more easy as with my K2 model ... maybe they should better go for a diesel engine in the future ... ;-)))
