i realy love to research and watch good short films and i can assure that this one is true talent.i'm looking forward to watch his new works! write "Good bye Brian!" and watch !!
Honestly? That was a waste of my 8 minutes. I get really into short films, and I was hoping this one would be cute and romantic or really interesting or something, but it was nothing, absolutely nothing happened until the kid got shot which was at the end.
Wow ! Very cool ! This short movie actually inspires me to start filming too. I see you've bought a XL-2 ? I might get something similar. Did you follow any workshops or lessons ?
I've never visited any workshops but I wouldn't recommend them either, I think learning by doing works best. It takes time to reflect on your own work and change your techniques but the end result is your personal style, without the textbook :)
This specific film wasn't shot on XL2 but on a cheap 100$ (by now) camcorder btw.
LOL I see. Honestly, I don't remember. I may have looped the sequence to make it longer and the "jump" could have been caused by a moving cloud shadow... it's a weird effect after all :D
do you still make video's? this btw was a really good one... great filming... and outstanding photography, color tones, and editing... great job.. i am working on a short film right now.. but i want to wait to get my new camera before i start...
The shots were amazing, the music was perfect (28 Days Later or am I mistaken?) and the ending was...a suprise and I'm not sure if it was a pleasant one, if you know what I mean. :)
Anyway, a huge compliment, this short flick is the bomb.
You are right, it's a track that also appears on the 28 Days Later-Score and that originally is by Brian Eno. The Second one is "Quino Phec" by Polygone Window aka Aphex Twin...a much more brilliant piece imo ;)
It's a masterpiece!!! Very compliments... please see also my movie about love, amore mio infinito, clicking on my username. Very compliments for your movie!! pesterlovis

How was this about love? People killed themselves. I didn't see anything about love.

just like the hollywood style, you let
the watcher following the movie story
and "Bang", bay the way , what is
the story about this movie? is
