ANYONE will punch you, if they ask you to lower your gun and you keep "bugging" them. Just have your gun out and try to talk to them, if they won't talk before you lower your gun, just keep pushing it, they'll eventually punch you. :) Be careful though, when punched, you'll drop your gun and they might pick it up! Thieving bastards :D

but no the punching is in vanilla stalker. It sometimes happens when you point a gun at someone who is neutral. They want you to put the gun away or else they won't talk.
