  • Please help! This phone or the bold 9790? :) I'm 15 and I think I'm going to get this for my birthday. PLEASE HELPP. :)

  • It maybe does have auto-focus, but it's macro ability is maybe a bit poor so didn't focus too well on close subject.

  • can u use wifi without a data package

  • awesome review!! can u plz answer a question? is there a big different bettween curve and bold? and i there a difference between 9360 and bold touch? thnx

  • how much does the 9350 cost?

  • Could you explain to me what Near Field Communication is/does?

  • at 11:14, what's the thing in the bottom left corner of the middle button? and also which should i buy: Dre beats studio or this phone?

  • Dam Man i got this phone today

  • BB is definatly better then the xperia ray

  • Very good review, should also mention that the phone is very portable/small and is very light and comfortable to hold - a bigger deal than you might think.

  • I loved this review, well spoken, accurate and detailed. You've earned yourself a new subscriber my friend, would you say this is overall a good purchase?

  • @GenerationSam Hello, and thank you for the kind words and subscribing! To answer your question, take a look at the comment and reply below this one. Sums it up pretty well! (Excellent device for a low price-point, good balance of features, can make you bacon on demand, don't expect to get a Ferrari when you paid for a Fiat.)

  • @GenerationSam I second this!.............great review

  • Which is better between the 9360 and the 9780..?

  • Great Blackberry review!! Some ppl hating on this phone for some reason. They expecting too much out of 1 device. They want DSLR quality from the cam, 24-HR battery, paper thin thickness, 1080p display, etc. What about havin a phone that does its job any problems. This is a great phone for its price range.

  • @Just4commentchannel Hi! Couldn't have said it better, haha. Many people have misconceptions about BlackBerry. Either from past experiences or the media, which is too bad. ALL phones have had issues, including the "all and mighty" iPhone 4. People need to think of how a phone will help them in their everyday life; what they need over what they want. Cheers mate, and thanks! :)

  • Which phone would be better

BB 9360 or Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray pls reply....

  • maybe the autofocus doesn't work cause there's still some plastic in front of the camera. i'm not sure, but it could be...

  • ادعولي اني اشاريه 

  • Whatt it dosent if you want to video record it only records vga whats thee point in the 5mp

  • hey dude i was thinking about getting a blackberry and told my friends i might get the 9360 but they told me that it freezes quite a bit. then i asked a friend that has the 9360 and he sez the same thing so could you tell me if this is true and whether to get the 9360 or the 9300. plz reply

  • the speaker is at the bottom of the phone not at the top

  • ادعولي اشتريه. يااااارب ابوي يوافق اشتريه

  • حلووو

  • i liked the review, but seriously, how much did they pay you? i could pick out a million things that are bad with this phone, but if someone were to watch this theyd think this is the best phone ever created. you didnt mention one thing wrong with it, just praise after praise after praise.

  • @sitstandnow A "million" things "wrong" with this phone? Its a Smartphone with an MSRP of under $350. For that price, and with its specs, this phone is pretty darn good. People have to remember that you can't hold one thing against an entire line up, just because it irritates YOU. Doesn't have Autofocus: some don't care. Small battery: all new BBs have this. Not touch: duh, pay more, get more. Keyboard small: get a bigger phone. Known/persistent issues? None. That's what I look for.

  • @WirelessInsider um. i think its a known fact that blackberry phones have almost nothing to offer, the only thing bb offers is bbm. maybe thats why RIM is facing so much loss. i worded it wrong, theres nothing "wrong" with this phone, it just doesnt offer pretty much anything, and you didnt focus on any of that. maybe you shouldve said "it doesnt do a whole lot, its a very basic phone" at the start and then got into the few things it does have.

  • @sitstandnow : Whats wrong with this phone? plz tell me? I'm (hopefully) about to buy either this of bold 9780 and I think this phone beats bold in almost everything and its 2k INR cheaper than bold 3.. So plz tell me what are the drawbacks/catch??

    Also which one to pick?

  • Does this phone have battery problems plz reply

  • i dnt no y he would type in utube if there is an app but maybe he wants 2 test just the browser :p

  • this is such a cool phone!

  • @WirelessInsider is battery that bad you looked less than half life at 830 am

  • Can this connect as a wireless modem like the 9700?

  • Hi there! Absolutely. Wireless modems/routers transmit access to the Internet using WiFi. The Curve 9360 supports all mainstream frequencies of the WiFi standard, including: B/G (2.4GHz) and N (5GHz). If you are referring to plugging it into a computer and using it as a modem, then yes it will work, as long as you use Blackberry Desktop Manager and know the correct network settings for your carrier (and have a plan that includes tethering).

  • this one is the best of the 3 tipes of the new blackberry curve

  • what am i missing out from the 9900? I currently have this one .. but can still change to 9900.

  • Sitting holding this phone copying him!

  • Donkle thingy are u serious i could do this better than you! If you are watching this video don't go watch it on crack berry it is so much better and for the record I am not associated with them

  • Very nice review! =D Keep doing well!

  • How can I switch on the autofocus ?? Plz help!!

  • @iSillybunny Hi. As mentioned in the video, this phone does NOT have autofocus.

  • @WirelessInsider what better Blackberry curve 9360 or Blackberry bold 9780

  • @iSillybunny What's autofocus?? ;o

  • very nice and professional review keep it up.

  • @WhiteBull64 i have to charge it like once a day, how long would it last for me with that battery?

  • Hi I got this phone not long ago, have you got any tips (because the battery isn't that good) how to save energy?

  • Thank you

  • idk why but when i go to my pictures library on the phone itself, its very blurry compared to the picture review

  • can you turn on flash like a flash light?

  • @lowsa1223 I'm not sure about this model of the curve, but i know on the bold 9780, there was an app that you can download from the app market (i think for free) that allows you to do that.

  • thank you:)

  • The Blackberry curve is an excellent device... when it's brand new; because unfortunately with time the phone slows down and keyboard and other parts stop working, although it's a good phone and it has a nice design it is a cheap bad quality phone, made out of plastic. At least previous curves were like that, (I was a BB Curve user) and I think this one will be like that... hope not though.

  • Great review on the blackberry! you talk really calm. Keep up the good work and enjoy the world of smartphones, it's a wonderful world!

  • GREAT vid!!

  • i like it very much but the only bad thing is i think battery

  • Battery life question stands unanswered???

  • hello, im getting this phone towards the end of this month and im wondering does the battery last long ? unlike the previous models of the Curve where it dies quickly ? thankyou

  • Do blackberrys have A2DP bluetooth audio streaming?

  • @rickrossthebosz Hello! Yes, of course! Works perfectly with (music) bluetooth audio devices such as the BlackBerry VM605 and Sony Ericsson MW600. Cheers!

  • im using the 9780 with camera.. and im thinking of changing to this.. do you think its worth it?

  • @AshKatalyst Hi! Power-wise, absolutely. Camera-wise, not so much...no auto-focus. Checkout the Bold 9790 that just came out!

  • does the edge of the trackpad has light like 9900 does?

  • @TheTwosevenfour Hello! Yes, the area around the trackpad does indeed light-up. I actually mentioned/showed that at the end of the video.

  • @WirelessInsider oh i didnt see that haha. ok thanks! :))

  • How is the video quality?

  • hello! great video, I live over in the UK and I've currently got a htc wildfire and im wanting to upgrade to that blackberry and I was wondering if the 9360 can act as a WiFi hotspot to connect an iPod touch to the Internet as example. Thanks TheNorthOwl

  • @TheNorthOwl Hi! Unfortunately no, the 9360 (or the 9900 for that matter) cannot function as a mobile WiFi hotspot.

  • i love these long reviews

  • Your a pro man

  • it's better than the torch ?

  • THIS IS SPARTA!

  • sim card slut haha

  • why is the halo on yours big the one on mines is small

  • fuck 300 shit movie

  • Hey, when I try to view youtube on a wi-fi connection, it says "content is unavailable, server is blocked or unresponsive." Do you have any idea how to fix that problem?

  • im gettin this phone todayy!! i like it its pretty sick

  • Good review

  • thank you, this review helped me with my choise!

Thank you very mutch and keep up the good work=]

  • This was probably one of the best review's I've seen in a while.

  • how long is the battery life ?

  • is this blackberry better than the 9780 ?

  • @pierina12 Hi! Absolutely. It has the same LCD as the 9780 (which was pretty good), but with more RAM and processing power. Side-by-side, the 9360 wins in all categories, with the exception of the battery (1500mAh on the 9780 VS 1000mAh on the 9360). Cheers!

  • THIS, IS, SPARTA!!!! Lol Well Done 9360! Bought

  • im buying a new phone very soon, i currently have the curve 8520 and i want to get something a bit more recent, ive narrowed my options down to either this phone (curve 0360) or the blackberry torch wich one would you reccomend?

  • @wirelessinsiddr how long does the 8520 last i might by that or 9360 im trying to make up my mind because what is so good about 9360 compared to the 8520 do a video compare ?

  • @MrEasyTriple Hello! The 8520 is ooooold. Other than that, the camera, LCD and processor is far better on the 9360. On that note, OS7 runs better on the 9360 thanks to the faster processor and extra RAM. For those wondering about the 8530, that's a CDMA phone on an entirely different network. Both are two generations old and are end-of-life. Thanks!

  • @WirelessInsider witch one should i get and how is the battery life on them ? and bmm ?

  • How does the curve keyboard compare to the bold?

  • What I want to know is:

-Is the 3G on this phone good/fast? Does it drain the battery quickly?

-Can you hear people clearly when on the phone?

-is the texting screen definitely threaded view like the iPhone?

Thanks :) I'm thinking of getting this phone, i have the Samsung Tocco Lite and it sucks :/

  • @slytherkatify Hi! Okay, here we go. (1) The 3G+ speeds are alright (up to 7mbps), but some websites may take a bit longer to load depending on their content (2) Yes, call audio is surprisingly clear, even when on speakerphone (3) And finally yes, SMS (text messaging) is indeed threaded thanks to OS7. Cheers!

  • @WirelessInsider Hows the Battery Life? On texting alone. call time. and on a mix of internet and text usage. please[:

    and great vids brodie!

  • As the processor is clocked? two 500 mhz to 800 mhz or 1ghz clocked at 800?

  • Wow, really good review, told me everything I want to know

  • gee, i'd like to buy this phone. it has been two weeks that i've been wondering whether i'll get the 9300 or this. DEFINITELY 9360! DECIDED.

  • @TheSaranghae08 Heyyy, good choice! It seems the 9300 never really had a chance here. The 9360 just offers so much more in a similar package. Enjoy it! :)

  • @WirelessInsider yeah! 9360 is really awesome. Thanks!

  • @WirelessInsider i'd buy it today. :))) Just wondering, why is that when you tuned on your phone, it can already connect in the internet? Another one, would I receive my emails instantly? sorry, i am new to this.

  • @TheSaranghae08 Go for the 9360 ;p

  • what is nfc?

  • hi guys just wondersin what is NFC ?

  • @MrSTEPHENBHOY2 Hi! NFC, or Near Field Communication, enables short-range wireless fields to transfer data. In this case, from the back of the phone to another phone or sales terminal. Some examples may include: PayPass payments, small file transfers and business card files. It's not very big right now, but it willll be! Thanks for writing.

  • Whats that circle light on the track pad

  • I've heard some things about the battery life of this phone being poor. Pls care to explain, as I love this phone and want to buy it.

  • @TheFr24 Hi! The battery on the 9360 is definitely smaller at 1000mAh than older 'Berries. However, what's even more important than battery capacity is HOW you charge/use your phone. If you travel for 50% of your day, your battery life will certainly be impacted. Also, if your phone is always on, even when charging, that too will affect not only performance, but can eventually permanently shorten the battery's lifespan. Take care of it, and it'll take care of you! Cheers.

  • which one should i get the 9360 curve or 9780 bold blackberry phone

  • nice

  • are the keys soft or hard?

  • Bold 9780

  • this or bold 9780?? helpp

  • that awkward moment when your laptop starts up faster than your phone...

  • great review, very precise and covering stuff that people may actually use :)

would like to see more in the future !

  • So is this better than the iPhone 3GS ?

  • What's the keyboard like? Is it a hard defining "click" feel with no wobble, or is it mushy and loose like the previous generation?

  • @patindahat450 Hi! The best way I can describe it, the buttons have a very short "throw" because they are slightly lower to the phone than the older Curve 9300. Typing is definitely easier than the 9700/9780 or the 9800/9810 because the keys are at least separated.

  • Do you have to have a SIM card? Does it come with it? What is a sim card exactly?

  • @SarahElaine93 if you want the phone features to work you need a sim card. a sim card is like a chip that contains the carrier itself. some companies dont need sim cards like sprint

  • do i still need a data plan if i have wirless internet in my house

  • @46000rpm Hello! If you're lucky enough to get the browser working on WiFi, great! But that's it...no emails (BIS) and no Blackberry Messenger (BBM) on WiFi. Cheers!

  • @TheRichGuyz Hi there! As is the case with ANY BlackBerry, you *must* have a data-package on your account (contract) in order to access the internet, 3G network or BlackBerry Internet Service. Thanks!

  • Great Review!!! -from a fellow Canadian :)

  • Nice review. I almost bought the 9930 BOLD but decided against it and bought the 9360. I got mine last evening. Great review and thanks for all the info. Cheers from India.

  • isnt it touch screen? lol when i went to the phone store and tested it out, it was touch screen

  • @carrerogabriel1 Hi! Nope, afraid not. The only new touch BlackBerrys are the 9810, 9860 and 9900. The Curve 9360 is a mid-level device with a price-point of around $350. Thanks!

  • Great video!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Lol @ small nipple :))))

  • how long will the battery last if i use it just for texting and for the camera? i won't use the internet frequently

  • I just orded this comes in the mail in a couple of days :3

  • @webbermufc the new bb is available at orange shop and is now on the market ora nge offers a standard price considering ists specs of £249.99

  • Thumbs up for Nyan Cat

  • Will AT&T BE HAVING THIS PHONE !?!? I really want one!!!! please answer fast!!!

  • does it always take that long to launch? what's the keyboard like?

  • Hi, I read somewhere that it doesn't support Bluetooth. Is this true or not? Thanks in advance.

  • @stylo55 Hello! I'm afraid that source is wrong. ALL phones nowadays have bluetooth. In this case, the BlackBerry 9360 has bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP (streaming audio wirelessly, remote control, etc).

  • hi this is a very ergant question!please could you reply,! does the BB 9360 curve have 3g?

  • @RCpowerhouse Hi! Yup, it supports 3G at 7.2Mbps. NOT 4G. Thanks!

  • @WirelessInsider thanks erm one more thing :) wich is better curve 9360 or the newest bold?

  • how much is this blackberry in the uk, for pay as you go? please reply fast urgently need a new blackberry

  • @webbermufc Hi there! I took a quick look at Vodafone UK and noticed a few things. (1) The 9360 isn't available yet, so I can't tell you how much it'll be, (2) When I chose another BB, the 9900, it only gave me a choice for a 24-month term. Based on this, I don't know! You're better off getting an unlocked BB 9360 from eBay and using on prepaid there. It seems 500MB of data is the limit on most of the options, and on this phone, it should be okay!

  • @webbermufc if you want it on pa as you go its £250 (orange)

  • man wanking over it

  • i have just bought this phone the other day and the trackpad is quite loose, should it be like the other blackberrys where its solid? please reply soon. thanks

  • @SHx3x Hi there! This was an issue in the past, with the BlackBerry 9300 and 9700. While the trackpad is not supposed to be loose, those who did have a loose one (in my experience) never had any functional issues with it. BUT, since a DOA policy is usually 14-days, I'd get the phone replaced if I could. Cheers!

  • he has got a llong mustrch

  • that i some rubbish colour

  • this does have 3g doesn't it? and whats the camera quality campared to the older bolds? thanks

  • is the keyboard from je 9360 the same as the 9300?

  • why are blackberrys the only smartphones that have take forever to turn on. or even reboot. gosh that's so old.

  • how much internal memory?

  • @homeboy9948 Hi! The 9360 has 512MB of internal memory.

  • it doesnt look verry good in the sun.. its a hard time to see what you are doing
