  • This is even better than Little Shop of Horrors! The two main characters in both movies are similar, but the plot of Bucket of Blood is a little more interesting in my opinion. Love this movie, one of my new favorites!

  • Frankly, Frankie wasn't so franky.

  • great film!!!!

  • I saw the remake with Anthony Michael Hall, Justine Bateman, Paul Bartel, Will Ferrell (Yes, THAT Will Ferrell), Mink Stole & Shadoe Stevens. It was hilarious so I'm glad Youtube put this up so I can check it out.

  • does anyone know who maxwell was? or still is? good movie.

  • Great movie!

  • *reads title* Clearly a Canadian movie....

  • walter was the snow plow operator in the gremlins, and 1 stab of a knife will not stiffen a cat lol love it. so random

  • Watching this right now on TCM and having a blast at the same time.

  • to wit : there is a little bit of walter in all of us,,,,,,,,

  • walter has a clear mind ,one day something will enter it feel lonely and leave again---------- omg, what a line of egoism if ever i heard one -----lol lol lol lol

  • alot of blood in this movie, buckets of it

  • Be a nose! Be a nose!

  • Get active! Boycott every product and service advertised in this video. Take a moment to submit to this comment section a list of all the products and services advertised so others will know what to boycott. We can stop this onslaught of unfettered capitalism if we banned together.

  • wtf is with the volume on the ads now on YouTube?????? Its too much. Nearly blows my ear drums out of my head phones.

Great quality flick - too bad UTube ruins it with their shitty ass Doogie Howser I think I'm a star ads and that bald dude - 5 colleges. Destroys ALL enjoyment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • there is no problem with commercials on free entertainment-- but the volume?

  • I got a kick out of this film, especially the two stoners. Thanks.

  • Bucket of Poop,A

  • Great Flick ! Thanks for Posting !

  • that's Paul Horn on saxaphone at the beginning

  • at the end... hangman???

  • beat generation. funky man. the hipsters were class. i roared when the boss nearly fell off his walking stick (1hr 05)

whip your sour cream of circumstance - brilliant

  • An oddly likeable serial killer...

  • When does he say Be A Nose??

  • @SamECircle art spieglmann?

  • @CultureC**t Yup

  • Great movie .

  • "I saw a statue once. It was the called 'The Third Time Phyllis Saw Me She Exploded'. It was a piece of drift wood dipped in fluoric acid... It was very wild!"

  • not just a well done innocent becomes murderer film but a surprisingly accurate interpretation of the beat era.

  • Who says public domain is all bad? This was awesome!

  • The cat scene is priceless.

  • I saw this on TCM almost a year ago. Thanks for the upload. I love this movie!

  • Awesome entertainer from Corman. Loved it.

I SUPPOSE HE WOULD CALL IS HANGING MAN...HIS GREATEST WORK. Surely one of the best of Corman.

  • B movies ROCK! Corman did awesome with this one, I havent seen much of his movies, but this is definitely my favorite.

  • @SushiGradeNarwhal

Check out video "The Beatnik Scene Daddio" here on youtube, it's a parody of one of the coffee shop scenes from this movie.

  • Awesome movie. Corman at top of his game here. Great acting. When there were real actors. I'm comparing this to Polanski's The Tenant. That was total s**t. Against this it's horse manure. What happened to the movies? It all died in the mid-1970s and never recovered. Look at it all now. Music, too. Abyss of the Dark Ages.

  • Good movie, not bad for a Classic!!

  • I really enjoyed this movie.

    Thank you.

  • I love old school movies like this one.... Those movies had class...they had a personality...

  • Life is an obscure hobo, bumming a ride on the omnibus of art. Just love this film

  • Did this movie in a bad movie marathon... It really doesn't belong in such company, it's a brilliant little satire of pretentious arty hipsters that holds up to this day.

Needless to say, I think this one stays off the bad movies pile.

  • Around 1960 i was sitting on the backrow of a cinema in Belper Derbyshire with a girl on my first date i was only 15 and this film was a supporting film for the main attraction i cant remember much of the film apart from the title as i was otherwise engaged. Nice to see the whole film again without any distractions. Halcyon days long gone.

  • I absolutely LOVE this movie! Dick Miller is god!

  • Nope, Morgan Freeman is God. If you think about it, it will all make sense.

  • Great movie, thanks..and I agree Maxwell was awesome! The argument about repitition was irronic as most art captures moments in time to be seen eternally. But does anyone perceive the same thing in the same way everytime? Perhaps, but not the true artist..

    Cheers!

  • I just watched this on DVD. Great movie and a good message to : Don't make fun of people or something mite happen!

  • thanks for posting this movie, it's one of my faves...

  • Maxwell stole the show in this one, folks, and don't you ever forget it! My favorite movie, right along with The Sadist

  • ....became a new top on my tops.

  • i would watch a lot more of these movies if they stopped interrupting them with these dam ads!! I come on youtube to watch free videos, but now they are trying to get me to pay of shitty products and services!!

  • @letterM25 Aw, come on! It's FREE!! I mean, Hulu does the same thing for not-as-good programming!

  • @SamECircle Yeah, I guess so. But it can just get so annoying sometimes!

  • @letterM25 think of it like a commericial,an excuse to go use the restroom or get a refill lol

  • @letterM25 Put up with the ads or you'll be paying a subscription fee. It's not an unreasonable expectation for a company to make money out of the free service they provide you.

  • hahaha "life is an obscure hobo, bumming a ride on the omnibus of art!"

  • take a ride on the L and you'll meet dozens of guys just like this one. I knew a loon once, a frequent cabby of mine, who swore up and down he was writing a book proving that the moon landing were faked. If you asked to see his material or heckled him about it he would become insanely violent in just a matter of seconds. The US really needs to spend more time getting these people off the streets.

  • The Discovery Channel proved the moon landing was fake. He wasn't crazy by association with the theory, just by coincidence.

  • a greyam cracker?

  • Graham.

  • Artists are such murderin' jag-offs

  • This is like Jhonny the Homicidal Maniac

  • THat cat is a model.

  • I like these campy Hollywood B movies...Check out Wild Guitar, too.

  • This allegedly shot in 3 days and was a hit on the drive in circuit.

  • This is a movie!
