The present Breidis Prescott reminds me of an aggressive and less polished Sugar Ray Robinson. With the right trainer, someone like Garcia, I think he can make it to the top. He is showing steady improvement recently with good ring generalship and an effective and sharp jab though so his current team might be headin' in the right direction.

Prescott needs a good trainer, and needs to be in a good gym. Had Prescott got the same sort of managment around him like Amir Khan he would have fucked up Vazquez and Mitchell.

Agreed, Khan has skills but a great champ he is not, Freddie knows how to guide his fighters and avoid dangerous fights, that's why they're fighting Salita and not Madaina. Kotelnik was a very weak champ who should have lost against Madaina and dont get me started on Salita. Agreed, Khan has skills but a great champ he is not, Freddie knows how to guide his fighters and avoid dangerous fights, that's why they're fighting Salita and not Madaina. Kotelnik was a very weak champ who should have lost against Madaina and dont get me started on Salita. As for Prescot vs Khan not sure if Prescot would repeat but he would definitely be in that fight, I think he'd attack Khan right out of the gate, but Prescot can be outboxed and exposed as a one dimesional puncher (Vasquez)

Khan is good and he's got a good set of boxing skills but all this talk of greatness is WAY premature. He's only two fights removed from being knocked unconcious. He's rebounded well but a win over an old Barrera who was reall a natural feather and Kotelnik don't equal greatness. Khan was stupid. he tried to land an uppercut from way out. missed..walked into a shot...got wobbled staggered back tried to fight back..didn't know where he was..got punched flush twice on the chin before going down.......and wait for it.....showed great heart desire and will to get back up and fight again. khan was stupid because he got caught and knocked out?!Yes your correct that khan did throw a shot from way out but it was an attempted left hook not an uppercut plus he didnt walk into the shot as you put it he got countered!Khan threw the left hook to prescotts body and as he did prescott countered with a left hook of his own which hit khan on the temple which made his legs wobbly and then he got hit with a further two shots before subsequently getting knocked down.Prescott wasnt lucky in that
