One cool exercise you could do in a hotel; is trying to maintain a 'plank' position for 2 minutes....it's reported to work your abs better than crunches. You can look it up, but using your device, a plank is essentially a pushup position which you don't do anything. You can suspend your feet with your hands on the floor.

This is by far the simplest plans I have seen for a suspension system. I have a Gravity bar for home (which I love!) but I've been looking for a super simple travel set that I could make (that doesn't have straps hanging in your face.) Thanks for sharing.
I feel like the 3rd pvc piece would damage the door. and once you tie a square knot above the 3rd pvc, how easily can you take the knot apart to break the whole system down again?

Brilliant.
I made a suspension system using boat rope with loops tied through it's length so I can make change the hanging length at ease.
Have you thought about a backpack and thick bladder that you can fill with water while on the road to make a portable weighted vest?
