I have a large very painful lump in the middle higher part of my chest and the local doctor says don't worry about it and take penicillin. But this lump has been around for many years and now it getting bigger and more painful. i don't know what to do. Its putting pressure in my lungs making it harder for me to fill my lungs with air.
