I have the same question, but my theory is that the bullet hit a lung, and blood found it´s way through the repiratory tract. I thought this happened only in movies, but now I see it happens in real life. My heart goes to the Iranian people and to this little girl´s family. God bless them.

Breaks my heart to see this. The Iranian regime today places no value on human life - it only desires power. We MUST STOP the Iranian govt NOW before they take their hate is taken out on the entire world in the form of a NUCLEAR "Holy" war. Then MILLIONS of innocent vctums just like Neda will be destroyed by their hate - all in the name of Allah.

I dont know if its her father shouting ..or it was her teacher... nevereless ..us grown-up, that have children ...i cant decribe the desperate feeling that run trougth my body, then i watch this.... horrorble.

And it get even worse, then i think about this should be my own daugther laying there... my soul would die in that moment!
