  • @TheMarxman47 No wonder they want to change it

  • croma key your shirt much

  • @kiloman3 Yes

  • using "the R word" is totally gay XD

  • @traditionalsmith Indeed

  • is the writing on your shirt green as well?

  • @cowman850 Yes

  • About political correctness - I'm a homosexual, and I seriously have no problem with the word "fag" or "faggot". It's just a word, and words only have the offensive power that we give them. It's our choice whether or not we get offended by stuff like that. And anybody who says otherwise sounds like a bit of a fag to me.

  • @OscarApollo People can be abusive with any word they choose

  • I knew that idiot, moron, and imbecile were medical terms. But, what do you call someone nowadays who is stupid beyond ignorance? You can't call someone a dumbass or dipshit in public without expecting a slap upside your head. And, dummy or dumbo or butthead are a little...elementary school. Any ideas?

  • @dearestjanna I try to ignore them

  • @dearestjanna how about tool.........douche, twat, prick, or a cunt!!!

  • @dearestjanna actually NOOB!

  • louis CK is brilliant

  • @CurrentlyDisconected Yes he is

  • very fair AA, very sane, very well-put

  • @DrakeMagnum Cheers mate

  • well, im retarded (aspergers) and i have no problem with being called retarded

  • @BLANKMEMORYDATA That's how AIDzee always self-refers

  • I don't know about how it works in Australia ,but in the united states we use retarded to describe the level of lameness of something, and it can be used to describe virtually everything,i.e. "this video game is retarded".in the same aspect "gay" is also used to describe one's displeasure in something,i.e. "the dishwasher is being gay" or "this is gay"(also used to describe anything) but especially used to describe displeasure,i.e wile being arrested "this is gay" loosing a game "this is gay" ect

  • @captainwess You do that if you're ignorant, yes.

  • @AngryAussie you mean retarded?

  • @captainwess its the same in the UK

  • This nigger made the shit out of this video!

  • @ChristopherMast HAHAHHAHAHAH Louis CK reference FTW!

  • I can see through you! No wonder he's a heartless bastard. I see a void behind the lettering of this Satan's shirt... :D

  • @UndeadCreed Pretty much

  • definition of retard (a person with a incapability to function or develop) ie american politicans are retarded.

  • @dtpheif It seems to fit

  • @AngryAussie i wish it didn't.

  • I hate when I'm told not to use the word "faggot" because it's insulting to homosexuals. Yet I've never heard once someone use the word to identify someone synonymously (sp?) as a homosexual. Whenever that word has ever been used, it's to describe someone as a weak, cowardly, pussified person. Hell, I once used it to describe a homosexual because it was the "proper way to do it", and I was still told it was offensive.

When will anyone make up their fucking minds on how to use it? >.<

  • @AngryIntellectual I disagree with you completely.

  • @AngryIntellectual i would like to request you change your name...it is misleading.

  • Haha i was just educated!! So im less un-educated than i was before i was educated on this topic! Win for me!!

  • @Lolbrokenose Winning!

  • stay classy!!!!!!

  • @zillatattoo Always

  • So "The village Idiot" has a new meaning besides the common one.

  • @blueman4444444 Indeed

  • Are you going to be doing Blog TV again? If so, I'll probably be able to be there for awhile (I have a drivers test tomorrow so I'll have to be up by 5:30 :/

  • @SasukeIsPwnage Not today

  • So if we stop calling Retards, Retards, can we then start calling dumb shits Retards?

  • @TheVigilante2000 Or be more creative

  • @hmshore "it"?

  • The second you said how you hate people who say the "N" word I instantly thought of Louis CK :')

Just out of interest did you see the video he put on his YT channel? The boxing gym one?

Well if you haven't I advise you to watch it he gets beat up by a boxer dressed as spongebob while commentating, "and the worst part is I pay him to do this" is a personal favourite line :D

  • @adamfuckinknowsit He's damn funny

  • The see through lettering on your SHIRT scares ME!!

  • @JackMcQuack Life is scary

  • @AngryAussie Definitely, man! Sitting here in the middle of America, listening to all the news. I'm scared numb, frankly.

  • The moment someone you love is personally affected by this, the issue suddenly and amazingly becomes clear. You don't use that word in any way that can demean those who are "retarded", because to do so is cowardly. They cannot speak up in their own defense, or even recognize the slight. Whether you believe in the Bible or not, it has something apropos to say "You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind." In short, don't victimize the defenseless.

  • @matthewdkaufman I tend to agree with the cowardly assessment

  • I love being an emotional retard, idiot & fool. Keeps me young - Keeps me from killing myself when I look at the folks running the world. I work with folks with profound learning disabilities - they have taught me much - many are masters in the art of being. Thats a lesson for anybody - Surely?

  • @broken1394 So long as you have fun

  • YOU HAVE NO ORGANS! D:

  • @SpAMCAN They are magic

  • If someone finds the word offensive, they should say so and people should respect that.

  • @MyAction5000 Within bounds. Some people are offended by stupid things.

  • as the old line goes,," calling someone a retard is gay"

  • @strictlysega Indeed

  • Excellent conclusion btw Angry. Always strong endings to your vids. You know the shit!

  • @SinisterSkip I do my best

  • Let me join the front against idiots and bigots! Someone give me a baseball bat!

  • @SinisterSkip Go for it

  • I'd rather be a 'fucking idiot' than just an 'idiot'. At least I'd be getting laid.

  • @noswonky The question is, what would you be fucking?

  • your shirt has a intellectual disability

  • I find it funny how in the USA your considered a bad person if you even say the word nigger, even if your not calling somebody that

  • @CarlVonNirgendwo I refuse to say "n word" when discussing usage of the word

  • Actually I feel awkward calling a proper Retarded person, Retarded (I use "Mental Retardation" which does sound weird but I don't use the word mental as a bad thing anyway.) to their face. So from my point of view, if I can't say it to your face I won't say it that way in any context. :/ <3

  • @Doctorwithnoname222 I do see why you would have to call them anything if you were actually talking to them

  • :D The SECOND you mentioned "the r word" I immediately thought of that sketch!! Awesome! :D

  • @dayneoram He's very good

  • An other of the words highjacked actually is the term gay as I'm sure you know, Gay used to refer to happy and had nothing to do with sexual preference, I think what sums it up is to say, where there is humanity, there is a way to corrupt something.

  • @TheMrbum It was done deliberately to de-stigmatise homosexuality

  • Invisi-shirt is Awesome.

  • @dipperf I agree

  • Here's a universal insult that picks on insecurities:

You fat smelly idiot with questionable sexual desires.

    :D

  • @hiothezebra Lovely

  • Very interesting and entertaining, nice video mate !

  • @DyLaNbOiiiiii78 Cheers

  • Was that idiot-moron scale thing you talked about based on the Eugenics movement definitions?

  • @JollyMunkie No, it was mainstream medicine

  • @AngryAussie Strangely coincidental...or not. The Americans used the scale first, then it was adopted by Hitler and then ... you know the rest.

  • Ah! I remember this one... *digs out*

That comment is the biggest POS I've ever seen in my life. I'm 14 and i DID understand. So you're never too young only RETARDED.

*my reply* The phrase "retarded" is thrown around like it holds some sort of relevance to the issue or that it bears insult; which it doesn't. Without even consciously knowing it you're harassing and flaming people with incurable medical conditions; you are the *idiotic* (term you should in the future) one here.

    -6/7/11 LOL

  • @Intel1502 Nice one

  • Idiot, imbecile and moron were used as a ranking system to describe low levels of intelligence in a childrens' intelligence test, the predecessor of the IQ test. The words were always negative and fairly offensive, so were replaced by numbers which did not degrade the child. I'm learning about it in Psychology and it is fairly interesting. I'm glad to see your take on it.

  • @randommatey It's an interesting area

  • i don't like all this political correctness modern shit. i'm an old school aussie and like colourful language and never take offence. people are getting over sensitive and losing all sense of humour these days.

  • @incredingo It all depends on context

  • nice ghost shirt

  • @violativelos3r I might play some more with that

  • I didn't know you had holes in your body. :D

  • @123machet Now you do!

  • What about also the fact that gay used to mean happy, so often when people use it they're using it to mean cheesy. It seems to make a lot of sense from that perspective.

  • @MasterDarkarbiter Gay late 14c., "full of joy, merry; light-hearted, carefree;" also "wanton, lewd, lascivious" (late 12c. as a surname, Philippus de Gay), from O.Fr. gai "joyful, happy; pleasant, agreeably charming; forward, pert" (12c.; cf. O.Sp. gayo, Port. gaio, It. gajo, probably French loan-words). Ultimate origin disputed; perhaps from Frankish *gahi (cf. O.H.G. wahi "pretty"). Meaning "stately and beautiful; splendid and showily dressed" is from early 14c.

  • @MasterDarkarbiter A Gay Cat," said he, "is a loafing laborer, who works maybe a week, gets his wages and vagabonds about hunting for another 'pick and shovel' job. Do you want to know where they got their monica (nickname) 'Gay Cat'? See, Kid, cats sneak about and scratch immediately after chumming with you and then get gay (fresh). That's why we call them 'Gay Cats'." [Leon Ray Livingston]

  • @MasterDarkarbiter The word gay by the 1890s had an overall tinge of promiscuity -- a gay house was a brothel. The suggestion of immorality in the word can be traced back at least to the 1630s, if not to Chaucer: But in oure bed he was so fressh and gay Whan that he wolde han my bele chose.

Etymology is great to find out the various meanings and useages of words throught history. I learned something new from looking it up as well.

  • @kiwicanuck1973

Well the point being it's not used exclusively to refer to homoseuxals

It's certainly possible to use a word that means immoral ironically. Which is what calling something that's cheesy gay would be.

  • @MasterDarkarbiter No it doesn't, it is universally being used in a derogatory way that denigrates homosexuals

  • Nigger has always been a rascist term, even in the 19nth century. People sympathetic to black people called them negros back then, wheras the rascists called them niggers. I disagree with the idea that terms that gradually become more pejorative over time should be banned. Just because people start using retard as an insult doesn't mean suddenly the medical community should find a new term.

  • @MasterDarkarbiter There are several creole and french dialects that use the following. That people often confuse with the word nigger. It means negroe or negress in direct translation. But just refers to the male and female gender of the individual. Even when I explain that, they often think I am still being racist.

    Girlfriend. (English) = Bèl. Négrès. /bell/, /nay gress/ (Creole)

Boyfriend. (English) = Bo. Nèg. /boh/, /nehg/ (Creole)

  • I can see through your shirt D:

  • @ConstantinIV It's magic

  • @Motosuna1982 Just dieting

  • If idiots couldnt vote angry the republican party here in the states would'nt exist anymore

  • @chrisw443 You may be right

  • @chrisw443

Even right wing parties in europe think republicans are insane.

  • @AngryAussie I looked on the interwebs. 1540s, imbecille "weak, feeble" (especially in reference to the body), from M.Fr. imbecile (15c.), from L. imbecillus "weak, feeble" (see imbecility). Sense shifted to mental weakness from mid-18c. As a noun, "feeble-minded person," it is attested from 1802. Traditionally an adult with a mental age of roughly 6 to 9 (above an idiot but beneath a moron). Not only does AngryAussie make some excellent remarks. But you get to learn something as well.

  • @chrisw443 I vote for keeping idiots out of politics, especially the Tea Party. An apt name, as it seems the Mad Hatter is in charge of them. People complain about politicians, but when you ask them how they voted. They say, 'well I did not vote'. Good old voter apathy.

  • @kiwicanuck1973 I hate that. Why I am glad I vote.

  • Your transparency scares me.

  • @breakfastisgo I think I'll play with that

  • @breakfastisgo It's pretty cool though.

  • God i love Louis ck

I think words are just cared about way to much people take offence to anything these days

  • @harrymckay He's the best

  • @AngryAussie Wow, AA watchs Louis CK. That just made him even better.

    Mans a fucking legend!

  • I've never thought about the age limit degree of those words. I thought that they were another way of calling somebody stupid, even though I rarely use those words. Well, I guess I've learn something new today.

  • @keshalashay It's good to learn

  • Ghillie Suit

  • The green screen with the letters looks pritty cool.

  • @ImSuchaGamer Cheers

  • I was picked on alot in high school because I did not fit the social requiements for being the cool kid in school. I also have learning dissibilities two, I learned a little slower then other kids but I was still intelligent, math and spelling is still hard for me. Because of those few misshaps some mean kids called me a half tard, that really hurt. I'm in some ways scarred from high school, thanks to skateboarding, it kepped me from doing somthing self destructive!

  • @pbrskater26 Good on you!

  • i learn alot from your videos and i think your opinion on things is very intesting(:

  • @TishLOLL It's good to learn

  • this isn't angry enough

  • I tend to use the word cunt very rarely. The "Break glass in case of emergency" word.

  • @Nassault630 It's pretty strong

  • Clever!

  • @coldplayISshit Cheers

  • who, what?? those dame Idiots! STOP acting like a retard!

  • @TheAngryAmericanwon We can only hope

  • This is a great video.

I've seen some 'retards' who find the word 'retard' hilarious, while the only people I've seen that actually got offended by it were not 'retarded' in any way nor did they know any 'retards'.

I have found that this is common with a wide range of disabilities.

  • @BimboZombieFilms Actualy people with mental disabilities tend to have good senses of humour

  • First up just let me say that my wife and I have become huge fans not only of your on screen styling but also your intelligent wit. I've said it before and I maintain my opinion that George Carlin is sitting up there in the great beyond applauding you. Your take on political correctness and the myriad changes in social perception is to be admired and in many ways is to be aspired to. Don't ever back down and for Christ's sake don't stop. Thumbs up for such entertaining and pointed logic.

  • @Ozjourneyman You are extremely kind

  • That shirt is Amazing!

  • @MrMortenbra Thanks

  • I personally think "retard" SHOULD go the way of those other words you mentioned like "idiot", and the medical establishment can call it a more neutral (and less likely to be used as an insult) term like "Mental disability" or whatever. EVERYONE WINS! :D

  • I mean, who's gonna start insulting people by saying, "You mentally disabled person!"? For one thing, it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue nicely, and it'd be boring.

  • @whoo689 Maybe so

  • I've heard this before, it's an interesting subject, no doubt. Hate the word retard thrown around like it is though.

  • @EvilBproductions It's actually quite lazy

  • HAH, I knew that title was slightly redundant.

  • @XDVikeyevXD It was for fun

  • @AngryAussie Yeah but I didn't truly know why it was redundant, who would have thought, idiot meaning basically extremely retarded. Where the hell did you figure this out?

  • Is the phrase Herp a derp considered bad? Just asking

  • @borimirtheboring I like it

  • You always get one clever person to give you a dislike. Here's my message to him: Hey troll...fuck off.

  • @seekur32 Damn straight

  • One thing that ticks me off is when people say autism is the same as retardation. I have a very minor form of autism which makes me apparently more intelligent but less capable in scial situations. I'm pretty sure that isn't the same as retardation.

  • @vegetalikessprinkles Autism covers a VERY wide spectrum

  • You're a George 'Dubbya' Bush.....now THAT is an insult!

  • @GreatGungHolio A nasty insult

  • I don't like calling people retarded, because it is demeaning to those with legitimate medical/situational reasons for being unable to understand or do some things to be put in the same category as those who are willfully ignorant and try to flaunt it (such as creationists). :)

  • @MyOverflow Ignorant sums them up

  • What's next- can't say cripple? ;D

  • @machikoneko I call AIDzee a manky cripple all the time

  • @AngryAussie Which is yet another reason I love you...and AIDzee!!!

  • Ehhh. As somebody with learning disabilities, I really don't care either way. In this day and age those terms are no longer medical. And if there's one thing I hate, it's political correctness and often goes way too far.

  • @Satanos777 It doesn't go nearly as far as bigotry and hate

  • you only use nigger for racist shit AND shock value which is the only aspect i use it for theres nothing quite like losing at a board game and calling your closest friend a sand nigger

  • @docterdroob It's basically racist

  • Well I just learned somthing today! ^_^

  • @sparuto117 Then it's a good day

  • Just use some of the slogans on your T-shirts!! ;^D

Often I can come up with creative insults that don't involve swearing.

If you can bamboozle them with wordplay, you can screw up their thought processes.

Eg: "Your IQ is lower than your shoe size, isn't it?!"

Usually all they can come up with is "F-k off"..... and they lost the game of 'Insults to the Death'!! :^D

  • @Cliffjumper24 Some people lose easily

  • huh who knew, idiot, imbecile and moron used to be medical terms.the more you know

  • @Kaibaman41 It's good to learn

  • The see through effect on your t-shirt is interesting, but would be better with bullet holes!

  • @toppledgod Good idea!

  • Comment removed

  • I am fine with others using retard, but i personally like to use "fecking wanker" or "fecking cunt", it works for me
