  • good job bro

  • And the last, but not the least - our bodies are different. And the way it consumes calories and burns fat is different. Some people easily burn calories others dont. You just need to understand your body and let it do its work. And btw, 2000 calories consumed from veggies and 2000 calories consumed from burgers and Coke IS NOT THE SAME! So be aware of what you eat. Less sugars and fats. More carbs and proteins. Good luck! :)

  • Another thing to be mentioned - 1kg of fat is 7700 calories. Adult male (lets say 185cm height and 85kg weight) consumes 2500 calories per day (depends on your metabolism). By reducing the ammount of calories consumed to 2000 per day you will loose 1kg of bodyfat in 2 weeks. If you workout 6 times a week (3-4 CARDIO every week is a MUST!) you will loose additional 500 calories per day. Now calculate the results. In two weeks you may easily loose 1,5 - 2 kg of bodyfat.(depends on you metabolism).

  • To be honest you dont need any special program to lose weight. Just three rules to follow.

    1. Eat less. (decrease the amount of fat you consume and make your portions smaller and eat slowly - by doing that you will cheat your brain)

    2. Train hard. (do weightlifting 2-3 times a week max so your muscles may rest)

    3. DO CARDIO WORKOUT! (you have to run, ride a bycicle, play football etc. Anything that makes your heart rate increase to at least 70-80% of maximum. It stimulates metabolism.)

  • wow! at first I was like eww he's ugly but by day 60 you were looking pretty hot...even ur face changed haha

  • may i ask u if u always did the abs part at the end of the each exercise that is shown after workout or just the one at day 12?

  • congratulations i just ordered it.

is the diet the hardest part?

  • Great results dude, I'm inspired to get back to pressing play!

  • nice work bro...your video makes me want to push harder...im starting my p90x...i will have more videos and pics up soon...

  • did u ever have a cheat day on the diet? My hardest obstacle is keeping under a certain amount of calories a day

  • @MmaNcovers

I never counted calories. never. I just ate what the diet plan said, or until i was full (there is a lot of food). and yes, I have a cheat day. about once every two weeks, for one meal. but to be honest, i rarely used them.

  • @riharb Thanks/ I've cut weight before about 6 years ago, but i stopped training and ate whatever i wanted, and lost the results in about a year. I want to do it again and cut down to as low body fat as i can. A little fun fact, when u strip your body of a lot of fat, your body goes in to a different mode and produces more testosterone, because it thinks its near starving, so all you need to do is eat more calories and lift weights and you'll end up putting on pounds of muscle.

  • Very Impressive

  • Shit wow!!! One of the best transformation on U Tube for P90X.U look completely different. Good job.

  • HI, i started p90x 2 days ago and i havent been following the diet plan ive just been eating my normal meals but not soda no junks and a lot of fruits and milk. Im aiming for abs and muscle mass by doing this will i still get my results. Thanks

  • You did 5 full rounds of p90x, or 5 different 'periods' where you worked on it, with breaks in between?

  • 5% BF and u only like that?

  • the BEST form of protein is horse semen. I buy it bulk in frozen blocks and just defront a load every morning. Its 500% pure protein and tasts SOOOOOO GOOOOOOD. I have gained 1000 pounds and have muscles rippling everywhere now that I take horse semen. The only draw back is the breath but hey, I look amazing and am definately going to win trophies soon.

  • holy crap dude.. not being gay or anything but u look way handsome then b4

  • is it normal to quit the workout early if your exhausted? the first day i had to quit with 30 minutes left in the workout, the second day(which was yesterday) i had to quit with 20 minutes left in the workout.(all of this means i must be really out of shape lol)

im trying to work myself into the workouts, so it wont be as painful and exhausting lol.

    anybody got any tips?

  • did u just do the dvd's? iv also started p90x and cut 2 %bf in just over 2 weeks. how strict do u have to be on the diet plan to see ur kind of results? iv started at 12% and am lookin to go down to around 6%. i also would like to gain mass at the same time.

  • hey man good job im currently doing it to i have 4 days berely and i hope i get the same results as you!!! one question you did all the dvds right or did you also did weight training like lifting ith a bench??

  • Hey man i just finished my water polo season and im trying to get more slender and built instead of just bulky can you please help and tell me your diet like how strict how often you can mess up on it or if i can keep eating some what healthy lol id appreciate it if you could message me back or if anyone on here knows... thanks in advance =D

  • @Mikeylovewins21

If you want fast results, you have to be strict. its not fun, nor is it easy.

Once you reach your goal, slipping two or three times a week wont kill you. even if you mess up during your "cut" as long as your metabolism is raging you shouldn't have a problem, but everyones body is different.

  • diet plan?

  • im starting my program on monday.n i wanted to know if there is anyone in the LA area that can answer some questions for me? message me n ill give u my phone number

  • 5'-10" ish

  • How tall were you in this vid?

  • you look good :) can't wait! just ordered my dvd! greatt results :) lol

  • im on week 6 of the p90 x,bot dieting and still getting pretty alright results, got a six pack, not tight or ripped but getting there...just eating way less fattening food, plus im 17 and have a fast metabolism

  • nice back cleavage at 1:20

  • p90x is shit i bet results are fake!

  • if u do the p90x without the nutrition diet do u still get big results like this??

  • @DeadlyNinja1702

    No.

Diet is a major part of this program. If you aren't eating right, you aren't giving the workouts 100%, plus nasty sugars and crap carbs never help anyone. this program is a "lifestyle transformation", not just a physical one!

  • @riharb well bro im only 17...i really dont have a choice in my diet,im also mexican and my mom cooks greasy and fried things all the time,im sure once i actually get a life and have to support myself i will diet...but for now its just exercise

  • @DeadlyNinja1702 ha dude im mexican too and in my house its almost impossible to eat healthy unless i buy the food, im 18 i feel you man. what u should do is buy your own food, chicken, rice, greens, egg whites, stuff like that. TRY to eat less tortilla de arina and shit.. cheese also.. and go for low fat milk.

  • @darkness6423 oh for sure bro, yeah getting off the menudo and tortillas is hard haha, pero i gotta do what i gotta do

  • @DeadlyNinja1702 lool same situation.

  • P90x can only get you cut and down your bodyfat ..which is good..but if you wanna gain some muscle mass..then you gotta hit the gym...look great BTW

  • @iwemattlack

agreed, too many people think the opposite. if you don't have the muscle to begin with, chances are you will look like a stick. Its a great program to build a basis for the rest of your life. Its just the first phase of being physically fit. P90x gives you the confidence and the motivation to do more, whether you want to be a body builder, a marathoner, or somewhere in between.

  • 5% body fat is too little, even in proper dieting. u need at least 7-8 to have a healthy muscular and lean look. and seriously changing 20% of your body fat over 3 months is incredibly hard. i think u should be more accurate about ur percentage.

  • @kpxflameboy

read again, I dropped 20% in 7 months. but i agree, your body does not like being below 10% and its increadibly difficult to maintain. This is why its only maintained for the summer months in my case, then i go back to 10% and bulk during the winter.

  • congrat bro...from malaysia

  • work on the chest my friend

  • @tamiller231

already grown an extra 2 inches in the chest since this video. Thanks tho!

  • how much did your dumbbells weight?

  • @nirson123

    A lot...

  • GOOD job im proud of you

  • Hey man just wondering, which p90x program did you do? Lean? Doubles? Or the Classic one?

  • @ivaniee

    doubles

  • @riharb yes doubles is the best one i think! well i heard lean is good too..but I've been using doubles cuz i really wanna burn all that belly fat off and its been working got 2 more weeks to go!! cheyyaa or wait like 3 weeks

  • ur so hot now, can i touch?

  • Impressive how people look so much better when they are slim than fat Lol, Ive never been fat and I do normal workouts, Im only 16 and I started working out 2 months ago, I already notice big changes, in a year from now ill be ripped, my Body Fat is around 3 percent xD

  • Hey did you drink any protein or shakes? if so which ones? I am starting my second round of p90x, first round I got awesome results, lost over 30 lbs (kinda like you), but did not get any arm muscle, my arms still the same (stronger, more defined, but not as much)...let me know, thanks...awesome results btw, are you planning on doing another round of it or doing insenety or w/e is called.

  • @carlosp120

My arms didn't really change at all either...

i did two shakes a day (just protein mixed with water or skim milk). One when you first get up in the morning (within 15 minutes, this is critical to boosting metabolisim and spuring muscle growth), and one post workout. I would also do one before my workouts for that extra boost.

No more beachbody koolaid for me, its straight heavy weights at the local gym (gained over 5lbs of lean mass since the end of P90x.

  • @carlosp120 hey am starting next week. i am planning on taking multi vitamins, whey protein before workout and after, and the recovery drink after..any tips?

  • @shuichiro23

yes. don't eat shit food and you wont have a problem.

  • That's 7 months, instead of 3. Did you go through it twice? Amazing results none the less.

And you never answered the question of if you followed the 3 phase diet plan or just one. You just said yes when asked.

  • WOW!! these are pretty amazing results. I've got to try this again. I got to day 45 and gave up. just got lazy. watching this is giving me inspiration to really do it again!!

  • OMG day 60 was a huge change, and then day 90 ! Oh my god

  • awesome results man!

  • awesome results man

  • atreyu!!!! i miss them

  • Great work, keep it up!

  • Nice results bra i just bought the p90x n need help with diet planing and how many times a week do i have to do it.

  • Excellent results! People should understand that your weight loss is outside the norm, though. Losing 20 lbs the first month and 16 the second is not typical. You're obviously a young man and testosterone is miracle compound. Your transformation is inspirational, I just don't want people to get discouraged if they don't see the weight loss that you did in the early stages. Eat clean, bring it hard, and you will see results.

  • hey whats up man

    great results

can you do me a favor and out line your diet plan?

im new to p90x and having a hard time picking a diet plan

  • I am gonna start p90x but the diet plan looks really kinda pricy :-s

If i change it a little bit but eat healthy on my own ways u think it'll work?

  • @DjRocker93

Eating clean is NOT cheap, however the Beachbody meal plan is a little more on the gourmet side of things.

I basically picked the lower price meals and take pretty much the same thing every week. I varied it slightly but stuck to the basic outline and ratios of carbs/protein/fats.

its diet and exercise, of course it will work... I tell people to cut the crap (sugars, processed foods, high GI carbs) and they will drop weight like its their job.

  • Wow you look hot! And I love the confidence that came with it from your photos. I really want to get this dvd set now! Do you think the diet plan was absolutely essential for most of the weight loss? Did you have to change your lifestyle dramatically?

  • @PrettyBrownEyes718

    YES, and YES

Losing weight/ gaining muscle is 90% diet, 10% physical work. If you eat like crap, you will get crap results. the more time you put into planing meals and eating healthy the faster the results come.

As for lifestyle:you need to make a commitment. Plain and simple. If you can't afford to spend the 2 hours a day busting your ass and not eatting crap food, don't bother. This is not the weak at heart, its demanding, intense, and it will change your life.

  • do you follow the diet completely? do you do phase I to III in your diet plan? or you just follow one?

    thanks!

  • @gn01717682

    Yes

  • Nice!

  • My physique is very similar to what you we're at the beginning. I think this programme is perfect for me. You look great, exactly the kind of results I would like to achieve.

  • nice work man. you defenetly look alot happier now that your ripped!

  • Hey man , did you lose weight at first , then start muscle gaining??

  • @Afroreg94

I have no idea. I really didn't gain any muscle. I can tell you I put on more muscle mass in 4 weeks at the gym than I did when using P90x (a lot of that is diet though).

  • haha. your first pictures you werent to thrilled, but after 60 days, you were smiling alot more. great results.

and what is phase 4 and 5 of p90x?

  • @potwdt

there is no phase 4 and 5. Just 1-3.

  • Still kickin' butt...stay tuned for new progress at the end of July. I've been crushing weight at the gym and added a few needed pounds (160 right now). P90x is an awesome program, but for bulk, you will really want to hammer some heavy weight at the gym.

I am extremely satisfied with the motivation I have provided, keep it up guys and gals! its a long road, but by god, its worth it!!!!!

  • Riharb, Congrats man, and good job! Keep pressin play bro!

  • holy crap

  • wow. great job!

  • My brother has talked about this p90x program and I am always whaterver. After seeing your video it makes me think about getting on board. Keep up the good work. Awesome job Mister. thanks for the video and motivation.

  • haha look how happy you are.well done!!

  • nice work man! Looks like it worked out great for ya :)

  • hey men nice results i have a question did you follow the nutrition plan or you just ate right?

  • Thanks guys, structure is simple...6 days a week, every other day is resistance training, the others are either whole body or cardio workouts. the diet is pretty rough, but its good stuff.

The song is Right Side of the Bed by Atreyu...instrumental version.

  • Nice man, very good results. I have two questions; 1) What is the exact structure or regimentation involved with the P90x workout? and 2) What song was playing, it was pretty sick. Thanks, cheers.

  • great results! did you do any additional cardio, you got pretty lean. That's impressive

  • Yeah men !! Awesome job ,, Very intressting this p90x program keep it up bro

  • Wow, that transformation is incredible!

    Congrats.

  • wow

  • You dont look too skinny. You look great.

  • great work :)

  • Got an email? Facebook? Congrats on your accomplishment man. im 6 months in and i love it! went from 291 to 219, 9%bf, 202lbs of lean muscle. I have a few questions about nutrition, and how you ate. search ryan reaux on facebook, thats me.

  • Nice job! Got mine 2day startin tomorrow.

  • sick bro, sick! keep pushing!

  • I think you looked much better at day 90. I think being at 155lbs is too skinny for you. Of course getting rid of all that body fat is great but there is a way of being bigger and still maintaining a reasonable body fat.

That's way too skinny at day 90. Just my opinion.

  • Hey, after completing the P90X classic program, should I do the recovery week, then the P90X +......??

  • @blacklistmusamohd

do what feels best. Recovery is designed to give your muscles a chance to rebuild repair. according to nutritionists/ trainers its when your muscles gain the strength you worked for the previous 3-4 weeks. Its critical and maintain your diets and supplements!

my UNPROFESSIONAL opinion is to follow the guide. Tony and his team know way more than I.

  • thats awesome man

  • Congrats on your success!

I'm doing the program as well. I'm on my second week and still hanging on. Haven't fallen off the diet yet. :)

    Thanks for posting your results!

  • how often did u use the p90x? like did u work out everyday? and how long? did u also put in so running? sorry for all the questions.... im trying to get in shape for the summer.

  • @crazycool1kid

I feel like I answered this a hundred times, no offense...I think I am going to make another video explaining everything I did. Stay tuned.

Everyone should read the nutrition guide and work out guide.

  • What's the name of this song?

    Cool video btw

  • @r6uocs

Atreyu - right side of the bed, instrumental version

  • @riharb thanks man

  • On my way to week 3 tomorrow my self ! Keep it up man! Awesome results!

  • I think you lost way too much muscles: A standard suggestion says not too loose more than a half kg (1lbs) weight peer week to keep the muscle-loose at a minimum. You lost around 10kg of bodyweight in the first month... thats 2,5kg per week! So you destroyed months of hard work in the gym....

  • @slasha86

Thanks for your suggestion. It was very beneficial. If you would like I can show you my measurement/ weight/ work out logs from the past 6 months, then you can tell me what I did or did not do.

  • @riharb Looks to me like you lost alot of bodyfat and replaced it with defined muscle.Course thats just my opinon :) Awesome job dude!

  • Outstanding mate! I'm going to be purchasing the program next month.

  • u may be strong, but ur still a fag

  • @skate4life99932

Thank you and congratulations on conforming to a stereotype.

  • @riharb he's right

  • @riharb fuck you just cuase you a fudgepacking faggot doesnt mean you can judge me

  • @conormcgray

Jesus still loves you little guy.

  • @skate4life99932 now now skater...no need for name callin. I can understand why you're sour, but it's not his fault your mom wipes your face and feeds your ass. Do humanity a favor and drink clorox.

  • @skate4life99932 big muscles dont make you strong.

  • @skate4life99932 Your a moron

  • Day 60 is where it's at man! Great job! Great song choice :)

  • damn dude! nice results!

  • Great job! I shared this with my friends on Facebook, I am sure your transformation will inspire many!

  • so this is 6 months worth of work?

    man.

I'm on week 6, day 1 and I feel and look better.

    Good work.

  • @nataskaos

yep, 6 months and counting. good job, keep it up!

  • Omg thats crazy..tell me how you ate, and did you use the supplements?, I'm using whey atm. But I've finished phase 1...then slacked off for about a week and a half this vid is the reason I'm starting phase two tommorow!! friggin sick results man Good job!

  • @GrappyFlappy

I followed the nutrition plan and stuck with the phase one diet all the way through. I added in complex carbs like whole grains not to exceed 80-100g a day.

I take whey protein, about 100 g a day...way more than i need. but it has other supplements in it like BCAA's which aid in muscle repair and recovery. i also take a multivitamin every night after my workout.

read the nutrition plan, it tells you everything you need to know. its no secrete, just hard work and dedication

  • Great Video. What would you say the number one thing for you in getting such great results? I did P90X for a few months then hurt my shoulder at work... i do massage... i had to stop because it took so long to heal... I'm also a strict vegetarian... i'm ready to start up again! Summer is almost here! Any words of wisdom?

  • Number one thing...do NOT make excuses. develop a schedule, commit. be as regimented as you can. and read everything that comes in the kit.

Eat only what the diet plan tells you to. I can't comment on the vegetarian thing...I tried it, it sucked, so i ate chicken and fish. I am not a dietitian nor a fitness expert (civil engineer by trade ;)) but i can tell you that you will be hard pressed to get all the protein you need eating only things that generate via photosynthesis.

  • Holy Shit! You got hott man!!

    Nice work.

Did you do the lean version or the muscle version??

  • still curious.

  • F*ck yeah! You look amazing! I am doing Insanity...P90X might be the next thing I do.

  • Awesome video man, congratulations on your results. I wish I had as much dedication as you have, I quit the program =\

But on the bright side, I'm now running 5km every day and sticking to an awesome diet.

    I want that summer 6-pack :P

  • Hey man good video first off. The biggest problem (I believe) for me is maintaining proper nutrition. I did this program for about 60 days last year but then stopped because I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. I am currently on a new program with a few Navy SEALs and am still not seeing the results. I can do a solid 15 pullups but I look like I can only do no more than four (if that makes sense). I am going to re-start P90X tomorrow. What would you recommend I do differently?

  • @Qwigglez

Trust me, it is never easy. Its a mindset that I put myself in. TROW THE JUNK/ ALCOHOL AWAY! I did this the first day (sugary cereal, frozen dinners, etc). If it is convenient to eat, chances are its not good for you. Getting results means not having a life for 3 months...sorry.

Read the P90X nutrition plan, lots of good info. Cook everything yourself, you cannot go out to eat, its impossible. I also reward myself every so often with a cheeseburger from burger king :)

  • @riharb did u stick with the fat shredder plan throughout the whole 90 days or did you switch it up with the other nutrition phases p90x offers?

  • @ag2407

for the most part I stuck with a modified phase one diet. I sit on my butt all day at work so eating a bunch of carbs really doesn't do too much. The couple months I added more and more carbs (also cardio twice a day) and I was eating almost 4500 calories a day and still lost about 2lb a week. My diet was not tailored to building muscle, it was tailored to getting definition.

  • @Qwigglez Change your diet! If you cook your meals, you know everything that's going in to your system. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and limit your breads and milks.

  • @TheStealthRhino

Agreed, watch your fruit intake, some can be high in Carbs (bananas) and sugars. if you eat them, do it in the morning or about 30-45 min before a workout. Bananas are great before bed too if you are really sore.

  • Great to see your hard work paid off.

  • Nice. I'm about to start the p90x thing myself. Was the workout they show easy to follow on the first thirty days or did you have to struggle to keep up?

  • @Fl1pB0iSM93 You will get your butt handed to you by Tony! But that is what the pause button is for, you don't have to rush and you can take your time. It was hard for me at first, but after the first 2 weeks it wasn't bad. Its only as hard as you make it. You cheat, you loose. You need to push yourself with the program and have a butt load of integrity.

  • Amazing results bro!!! Keep it up!

  • Dang!! you lost 19 lbs in the first 30 days!! thats crazy. what was your nutrition like?

  • @bennyeliuth20

I am really not sure...I never recorded It and it was based on memory. Nutrition is pretty straight forward for the first four weeks...few carbs, high protein, and low fat. Keep in mind that I was on this diet for about 3 weeks before actually starting the dvd set. (so really 19 pounds in the first 7 weeks).
