I can admit, I do get viruses from time to time, but just hear me out. If you have an IQ higher than 50, you won't get viruses that often, and the other viruses are killed by your firewall. You don't even need an expensive one, just get avast or something and it's solved. I never had problems with viruses, and I never had to reformat my computer because of viruses.
Crashes are mostly caused from the operator's mistakes.

Apple is the software & hardware maker for their Mac computers. PC's for 95% of the time run Windows software, but the fardware is made by other companies such as Sony, Alienware, Dell, Gateway, HP, ect. I'm a Mac user yet I know this so am I stupid? NO!
Actually HP, Dell and others do not really manufacture much components themselves, if at all, they use parts from companies like ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and others. Usually those companies have a special product lines for different PC makers and it may be that you can't even find information on their website.
Apple control the quality of the hardware in their systems meaning they get a much more optimised and integrated experience. Intel may make the cpu's but Apple approve them and code their software to take more specigic advantage of Intel based chips as opposed to having to support "everything" as with Windows. It has its good and bad points, but user experience is generally one of the good bits.

My personal experience is with Flash, which has OBVIOUSLY ported from windows. And it's slow as hell and crashes all the time. So... If there's Flash that's like that, there's more.
I was specifically talking about the cross-platform software, and that they usually run smoother on Windows (tho, that's because they get ported over to Macs later, but that won't matter to the end-user)

Buddy Mac OS X is based on Unix the most stable operating system ever created. Before people go and say that Linux is think again, because Linux was based on Unix. Mac OS X is the best OS ever. The only reason I wouldn't say Linux is because of drivers and software support.
Macs are so much better, but I really don't care if anyone uses PC's...thats their bad. I'll I care is that my computer doesn't suck, therefore I use a Mac. If someone wants to suffer without one, then let them.

1) Windows are just more versatile, they can use many more manufacturers, which kinda makes them suitable for general purposes
2) Windows is the Standard for computers, and everything keeps up, Mac is doing this with Intel Core Duo, Windows OS etc. Instead, they need to try and make themselves the innovators.
I used to do videos on here promoting Macs, but I have honestly finally seen the light. After actually doing research for the first time and testing both with various benchmarks, and realizing that Mac is only good for a few tasks when compared to PC's.. I was wrong. PC's are really the dominating force in the world with Macs making little to no difference. I appologize for being so stupid all this time. PC are better than Mac, I finally admit it.
So many mac users just spout the crap about what mac does better, but very few have experience from both. Honestly, I don't care what type anyone else picks, I'll put my alienware next to any mac at the same price and show you which can do more. I will never waste money on a mac again, ever. And by the way I love Vista, it works perfectly.
Ok, software compatibility. Though Mac's may be easier to use, people who have a PC work station will not be able to transfer software to a mac flawlessly (even if they are using something like MS PowerPoint which are both made by Microsoft). If your new to computing, a PC is easier to use simply because the majority of the population uses them and there are a greater number of programs that support PC.
Microsoft tends to rush the release of their products. It seems like an attempt to try and stay ahead of their competition. The problem with that is they always release initially a buggy product and at times tends to always have some major problem that arises that requires yet another patch or update.
Umm what competition MACs suck which is why only 3% of home user and business owners use them lol. try running you company with $.99 songs and "cool movies" (cough) Adobe premiere is better

I don't want the Mac to be shown off as The Holy Grail.
When i first got the MacBook, i was like "WOW! This can't be true, where have i been?"
But over time i've seen some things piss me off just the way windows does. Admit it, OS X is not perfect and windows does not deserve all the crap it gets. (well, in my world at least, but i CAN use windows)

My personal experience is with Flash, which has OBVIOUSLY ported from windows. And it's slow as hell and crashes all the time. So... If there's Flash that's like that, there's more.

Your Mac probably doesn't have Adobe flash installed or something.
And actually, flash stuff is created in Macs too since Macs have dreamweaver which runs beautifully on Mac set ups..

Mac is the only operating system that has symmetrical multi core processing (SMP).
What does this mean?
It means I can finally utilize every core for not only faster computing while multi tasking, but faster productivity!!

Leopard will just fucking OWN your ass with full 64bit top to bottom, FULLY UNIX compliant, Cocoa, core animation, and open gl 3..

Mac IS NOT more powerful than the PC. PC's have way more different components that you can put together for whatever suits your needs.
Mac's are good because of OS X. It utilizes the processor power more efficiently, making it look like it's more powerful.

Buddy Mac OS X is based on Unix the most stable operating system ever created. Before people go and say that Linux is think again, because Linux was based on Unix. Mac OS X is the best OS ever. The only reason I wouldn't say Linux is because of drivers and software support.

Macs are so much better, but I really don't care if anyone uses PC's...thats their bad. I'll I care is that my computer doesn't suck, therefore I use a Mac. If someone wants to suffer without one, then let them.
And about games...I can play any Windows game, and play it better too, on my Mac.

Their are two problems for Macs.
1) Windows are just more versatile, they can use many more manufacturers, which kinda makes them suitable for general purposes
2) Windows is the Standard for computers, and everything keeps up, Mac is doing this with Intel Core Duo, Windows OS etc. Instead, they need to try and make themselves the innovators.

I used to do videos on here promoting Macs, but I have honestly finally seen the light. After actually doing research for the first time and testing both with various benchmarks, and realizing that Mac is only good for a few tasks when compared to PC's.. I was wrong. PC's are really the dominating force in the world with Macs making little to no difference. I appologize for being so stupid all this time. PC are better than Mac, I finally admit it.

Honestly, I don't care what type anyone else picks, I'll put my alienware next to any mac at the same price and show you which can do more. I will never waste money on a mac again, ever. Ok, software compatibility. Though Mac's may be easier to use, people who have a PC work station will not be able to transfer software to a mac flawlessly (even if they are using something like MS PowerPoint which are both made by Microsoft). If your new to computing, a PC is easier to use simply because the majority of the population uses them and there are a greater number of programs that support PC.
Now give me a reason Mac is better than Linux.

Microsoft tends to rush the release of their products. It seems like an attempt to try and stay ahead of their competition. The problem with that is they always release initially a buggy product and at times tends to always have some major problem that arises that requires yet another patch or update.

Their not in the operating system industry anyways. Yes, the SMARTER 10% of the population uses Macs. Their like the Mercedes Benz of computers so not many people have them. Vista is terrible. XP is much more stable and you don't get those annoying firewall messages every minute.

just thought all you mac lovers would like to know mac is at least 1 year behind pc in components the lates mac vs the lates pc the pc has far better components.
Also pc can now run macintosh which makes it more reliable slower but more realiable so it still quicker because of the components.
also linx is better than MS and Mac they both foucous on looks and user easy-ness where as linux is for the more advanced user but runs far quicker and more reliable

Vista is copy of Mac Tiger so that's a terrible example. XP would have been better. Games...hmmm...I'll give you that. There are way more compatible games for Windows, but any of the larger titles are available for Mac. People need to grow up and find the wonders of technology beyond gaming (completely juvenile).
