@buxaxaxa1 The performance models of the BMWs tend to replace the fuel consumption meter with the oil temp gauge. The indicator stalk can be clicked a few times to bring up instant or averaged mpg. But, yeah, good idea to hide it ;)

I think porsche 911(997) turbo would be a better car for fuel consumption.

It's Flat-six so it wouldn't drink that much compare to screaming V10 of M5.

But still both of are not on the same league M5 is super-sport saloon and 911 turbo is now a modest supercar.

Carrera S is fair enough for M5.
