1) Our bonuses are based off of how well our store does in shrink. I have not had a bonus in over 2 years due to high theft. When we do get a bonus it's usually $150, then they add it to your pay check. After taxes you barely even notice the bonus at all.

2) $9.75 an hour, 35 hrs a week and tell me they pay us well. I make poverty level.

3) $1000 deductible for insurance and they take $100 a week out for it.

4) 10% discount is not alot after you add the taxes which is 6%.

I live in a small town two hours away from DFW..WalMart is the only thing out here and I shop there every week..but if I had another choice I would still go to WalMart..the only thing I won't do is buy anything they may be selling that comes from Mexico or China.
