    omgg i want a tiffany key necklace, maybe for my birthday. I recently bought a standard sterling silver tiffany ring for my birthday so maybe my upcoming birthday, even though its like.. 10 months away, i'll finally get one! :Dyou have to buy the chains and stuff seperately right?

    And yes, you buy the key and chain separately. If you want, you can save money on the chain by buying it elsewhere.
