I'd definitely call it a horror film with some comedy and musical bits thrown in. While this may seem far-fetched, what would happen if, one day, tomatoes began attacking and killing people all over the place? It would definitely be world news, no doubt about that. Ironicial now on YouTube you can find the whole original movie supposedly the whole second sequel the killer tomatoes strike back but you can't find The return of the killer tomatoes and killer tomatoes eat france the final film. Now is the other way around no. they did have part 2  up a while back I guess because of dmca problem they had to remove it I guess.

Thanks for posting this ^_^ It played every Halloween when I was a kid but my mom insisted it would give me nightmares so I wasn't allowed to watch. By the time I was old enough, it had all but vanished. I've always wanted to see it - hard to believe it's taken almost 26 years to finally watch it LOL
