@haribeau50 hahha no, never! There is an explicit prohibition in Barcelona saying that one building can not be taller than the Sagrada Familia church. When Sagrada Familia is finished (2027) it will be the tallest building on Barcelona. So it can not be like Dubai ;)
But we also have to satisfy the demand of one of the most visited cities of the world, so this big Hotel is due to that. That's the reason!
