Thank you, Lillo, for these wonderful comments so elegantly phrased! We owe you a debt of gratitude for pointing the way toward great & lasting musical art!
Thanks, Tam, for your inspirational comments! I joined the Arizona Accordion Club in Phoenix and subscribe to their monthly newsletter. It is a comprehensive listing of accordion concerts, local activities and a classified section of instruments for sale. Through speaking with club members, I have been able to find a great deal of information on vintage used instruments. I have been fortunate to find a tuner/ restorer, and have found vintage accordions through other sites.
Thank you, Alain, for these fabulous comments, always a treat from the Flemish Cowboy! You again write such poetic responses that I believe your Pigini sings from Belgium to Arizona on the wings of Hammond-esque clouds! Your "Starry Night" video wins the prize for artistic accomplishment & superb integration of creative elements. Such marvelous watercolors & evocative photographs, all added to the most charming music imaginable! **********
Beautiful tune. Sounds wonderful on your vintage accordion. There is nothing today that compares to the sound of an older accordion. I really enjoy hearing you play this. Very good performance. Fran
Thank you, dear Fran, for your kind, thoughtful & generous words! Your videos and collaborations continue to shine with radiant clarity and obvious talent. Keep playing, your friends really love you!
Thank you, dear Nozie, for your marvelous words! Cosmetically, this accordion is still in amazing condition with very few marks or scuffs, and no cracks in the outer casing. The grille & rhinestones are almost 100% in place. The color is still vibrant and the keyboard still shines.
Thanks, Mike, for your great words & perceptive insights! I haven't tried "Sunrise, Sunset" yet but I agree with you that this tune from "Fiddler On the Roof" would be an appropriate selection for this accordion. Btw, your fans & friends are delighted & thrilled with your latest "Sound Out," especially after waiting an interminable amount of time since the "Shout Out" some time ago. Many of us have lost weight waiting for your music, and now we can again celebrate!
Well I love this spirit behind this lovely song. Quite happy, cheery and well played. Glen this accordion always has a very very good sound for it's age. I am pretty sure it is around 50 years old maybe more. you tell me Please? Grate Bellows and reeds.
Wow, thanks, Ron, for these great words! This Hohner is from the 1930's, so it may be almost 80 years old. I cannot read the manufacturers plate on the back of the instrument, because it is almost completely worn smooth. But I have seen similar models from the 1930's time period, almost exact duplicates from 1931, 1934 and 1936. My friend Jerry has worked on this accordion to tune it and restore leathers, reeds, valves and to level the keyboard. It is a treasure for sure!
Glen your playing this tune brings joyous cheers!

Your accordion sounds great, a very happy and celebratory tune. My compliments to Jerry for his talented repairs and renovation.
I wonder if you know "Sunrise, Sunset", from Fiddler on the Roof? I think it would sound fantastic on your accordion.
