this one wasn't scuttled, it was sunk by United States Coast Guard Cutter Icarus. Not worth raising, she's in rough shape...only thing left is pressure hull.
You don't need any tech certifications to dive these wrecks. Just get Adv. Open Water, Nitrox, experience diving the intermediate wrecks in the 70 ft. range....then go do these dives. 110 fsw is not rocket science...
Great vid and music. the person who left the previous comment is probably to much of a whoosy to dive either this wreck or the papoose. I have been on dives to both of them in 1997 and 1998.

Countries should raise U-boats that were scuttled. Like the Operation dead light one's lots of history sitting of the cost of ireland.
