Excellent Camera!

Aiptek used to be a fairly good company. No More, In The USA, Aiptek has gone down hill they stopped making PMP Players and recorders in their cameras, as well as discontinuing the Action HD Pro and no longer answer customer phonecalls or call back. They are rude to the customer base. I urge all to Write and Call Aiptek and let them know to Bring the USA Market back up with good customer service and bring back the Action HD PRO and PMP Players/Recorders to all HD Camcorders.

I am looking at the DV14 but I am intrested in its noght shot mode and how well it works in the dark, can you post any examples or just give me an idea in meters how far you can see in the dark using the camera.

Also does it have an option on it to fix additional lighting

Is DV14 capable of 720p@60fps like the Aiptek or just @30fps?

I am not as technically knowledgeable as cutesunny1981, but I really see larger view using DV14 than AHD-1 Pro. Click on the properties of file, stated 1920x1080.

is the DV14 really 1920 x 1080p?? i just ordered one today but on their specs it says 1440 x 1080p??

Aiptek AHD 1 Pro 使用TMPGenc轉檔會有Gamma值過高的情況，所以編輯時­需要降低Gamma值。1440x1080原則上也可以轉檔成1­920x1080，故左側影片大小理應同等右側。
