thanks for the comment! the bag is from a local canadian company called Physique Fitness, imitation of the century xxl wave one, but I broke this one and got it replaced at no-cost with one that looks the same but is supposedly better as they made the neck and spring thicker and stronger, which it is!! thanks again for the comment! *bows*
TERRIFIC. I am just starting to condition my hands and fingers so I can really appreciate how advanced this fellow is.
Pretty soon, he will be able to strike the ribs and cause immense pain. That just takes into account damaging the muscles holding the ribs together. Imagine the damage if he actually penetrated past the ribs.
Did you just use fingertip pushups and starting out lightly hitting the bag or were there other exercises used?
Thanks! My fingers are just busted up from all the dumb and smart things I've done while I was younger. But yes finger push ups work and just jabbing the bag like that gets them conditioned. sometimes it bends the wrong way like when you play basketball and the ball hits a finger and bends it back. it's good to direct your mental focus to your fingers and not keep them straight but abit bent.
