okay, i cant seem to find the last parts of the random characters. i've saved my game twice, roamed around for half an hour real time, reloaded my save game, done some other missions, and they still havent respawned. wtf.

@rickput or you can just go online in the game, I think it's whattheydontwantyoutoknow . com but i'm not sure, I found it in one of the links in one of those random emails you get sent so if you havn't deleted all your email you may find it it has maps of the locations of all the random things you need to do for 100%(i.e pigeons, jumps, random people) and locations of free weapons, armor, and health

Go to google, and type in GTA IV 100 checklist. It will bring up a list of links and just go to the very first one. Then check off the things you did, and the ones you haven't, go back and do them.

if u kill any random character accidentally you can see him and do his mission agian but you have to wait after you kill him about 10-15 mins

I think they will come back, to the same spot that you've found them before.

When you killed them in the mission (Like Ivan, in Ivan The Not So Terrible, or Cherise in that Dwayne mission) you can get the achievement because u did all the AVAIBLE random characters. If u killed them during the random character mission, or you failed at the mission, just wait some ingame days and they'll be back on the same position with the same mission.

these are the locations of the "random characters" you can find on the streets of Liberty City, you have to be there at a certain time, they will be marked by a little green person thing on your radar thing. I hope that helped.
