This was no mystery! We need to get the troops out now while we still can, they are land-locked in that region and surrounded by enemies. Why are we still there anyway? We are not getting the newly found energy reserves in that region and we damn sure can't set up a self sufficient base there. I mean we have to ask the permission of hostile nation to allow us to supply or troops. Send the troops home, they are sitting on a time bomb, for no reason!
