Good description of why not to hit with the right hand swat. Some books actually suggest that the right hand is like a foul shot in basketball. They are wrong about that. It would bend the left wrist.
Excellent, I just watch this and read some TGM theory and now understand what no one can explain. I think I am definitely a swinger. I tried an experiment with a hitting action late in the downswing and it preventing me from unhinging and rotating the left arm properly. I felt like i was "hitting" the ball in an effort to get more power. But swing speed decrease on the swing monitor and getting higher spin rate. More effort less distance!
