@shawpod : I use various approaches. In some of my songs I personally sing the harmony part as a 2nd track (voice over).... I also use todays technology and incorpoate a device by Digitec called "Vocalist Live". This unit adds a harmony voice (typically an upper harnony) following the guitar chord. It is a great effect for live performances when you do not have another musician to sing the harmony part.

How do you get the "two voice" effect? One appear to be a tierce higher. It also appear on "Come sail away".
