1:39 ...I am a fan of Gerard Butler for 7 years ,but my age which is 14 doesn't allow me to "dig" it and learn if Gerry has a son. Literally, James looks like Gerry's son...OMG!!!
@andrys261192 They did make improvements to the old set before the changeover. For one thing, they added more woodwork to frame (and minimize) the circus-like background, LOL! But the lighting on the new set condemned Craig to staying on his mark, rather than energetically roam the stage as he used to. And the black floor totally hides his physical comedy. For those reasons, I never liked it and never will I'm afraid.
@ClifftonBeach That could be regional. Here, Craig and Hague rhyme, but keg is pronounced quite differently. It's similar to "marry" and "Mary". In some areas, the local pronunciation is exactly the same, confusing the hell out of me! :D
@Fergufool Of course, I have done what others have done and not read the info. oops. It always bugs me when people do that, not now of course, but every other time it happens.
@speebyda No problem. :) I provide the dates and background info for reference, but since this is YouTube, I sincerely doubt that three people out of a hundred actually read the descriptions.
aye its true, ferguson hasn't got a strong scottish accent. go tae glasgow (voted the number one friendliest city in the world i might add) and try understand them! lol
@dunbar9finger American "tune" - sounds like "toon"; Scottish "tune" - sounds like "tyune". American "Craig" rhymes with "keg"; Scottish "Craig" rhymes with "The Hague".
@tizo1996 Yes exactly, thank you! I was breaking my head trying to write it as it sounds. :D "Tyune" is more how an Englishman pronounces it. Your Scottish "choon" is more on the button! LOL!
I love the fact that every Scotsman that comes on brings up how American's pronounce his name. Ewan McGregor brought it up too. I kind of wish I had a Scottish ear so I could hear the difference.
Okay, if the 2 of them were joined by Sean Connary, my heart would just stop right there. Too much Scottish hotness. >///< McAvoy is too cute here (like I wasn't half in love w/ him already for X-Men: First Class).
What I love about Craig Ferguson is that with him, it's less about interviewing and promoting and more of an insight into a hilarious conversation between two great people. Love his show.
I've seen a million times this video, but it was of lower quality, then when I find this with better quality was a great joy! .. is my favorite interview of james! thanks for this.. I love him!!!!
He met his wife doing Shameless. So i know exactly when he means haha.

@speebyda This clip is from January 2008, so it took FAR too long for the money-men at CBS to grow tired of Charlie's "charm". :/
