To get this video you have to download it using a youtube download program. The uploader doesn't have the files anymore. Hope this helps

oh my gosh -- the render times!! How long did it take?

It took about 12 hours to render on my Mac Book Pro! I had to keep a fan on it to prevent overheating!

how do you do that video counter?

Go to Effect >Text > Numbers and thats the plugin I used to keep time. I then had to mask off the frame counter, and time-remap it to count backwards.
