  • Love the super phat, soulful, & phunky R&B imbued re-working & interpretation that Trevor plays this, giving it a wonderful energy, exuberance, and vibrance..and a whole lot of fun!

  • Here's a thought..Trevor & George Benson playing guitar & scat singing together. Imagine that if it ever happened. Save me a front row seat!

  • Thanks for posting this..the band is on fire here, just superb!

  • @aeffron..said "best roundabout with Rabin ever: he plays the beginning part all slick and funky- like if george benson was in YES"

you have won my heart! I think the world of Trevor and your comment is so true!

  • YES ! I really like this version. Very funky. Trevor Rabin is a fine guitarist and I think they should bring him and Tony Kay back into the band.

These guys sound hipper than the original- even though I love the original band since I was a young kid back in the 70's. Today they can not be dupilcated.

The best drummer though in this band is Bill Bruford. I think most drummers in my time would agree with me over all.

  • Houston, we have a problem. We miss Steve and Rick. Send them URGENTLY, please. We´ll die. This is a good example on how to destroy a masterpiece. Trevor your place was in Van Halen or Bon Jovi, not in YES.

  • Trevor's burnin it up way to go trevor

  • oh my god this is fucking horrible yes got so gay in the 80s its SO upsetting

  • Tony Kayes one handed roundabout....

    Trevor plays everything well ..

  • O "Yes" sem Trevor Rabin, Morreu

  • Trevors playing is so slick and groovy, prefer him anytime

  • Exactly. The fact is that Howe can't play Rabin's stuff at all because he's too wooden, whereas Rabin plays the Howe stuff with more groove and guts and makes the band sound bigger and better. This is an awesome version of Roundabout.

  • That thing at 2:35...no.

  • Agreed - that was horrible!

  • best roundabout with Rabin ever: he plays the beginning part all slick and funky- like if george benson was in YES, lol/ then later, dig tony's sample-lead-in to the "organ" part of the song...wow! they do it flawlessly! that was pretty cutting edge in 1988, doin that

  • Sweet shit, man.

  • Certainly, Wakeman and Howe are always part of Yes....but the show must go on, and then these two genius were not available to join to Yes (Wakeman) or simply Rabin (on his best moment) was occuping the Howe´s place . On the 80`s Yes was needed for fresh style to continue on the road. Life is life...

  • i like the 70's version of yes better as a whole, but trevor rabin has a fresh new take on this song. very cool imho . . .

  • I culd just picture david lee roth singing. lol

  • Full show?

  • Yes have performed his own style since 1970, despite Trevor Rabin 80`s look.

  • is that Steve?? doesn't sound or look like him. details?

  • trevor rabin

  • howe e wakeman fazem muita falta nesta música.

  • Thanks, Trevor, for this fresh interpretation.

  • There is no Yes without Steve Howe!

  • I was at this show. Quite a line-up. hard to believe I was 18 once!

  • they also did ISAGP and Hold On. those 2 aired on the cable version. they aired Rounabout on the shorter version that aired on ABC a couple of weeks later.

  • what a haircut anderson

  • Is this the Atlantic anniversary?

  • yes

  • wow,must have more
