We see a Eurocopter AS350 with a camera, then a similar (same?) helicopter without the camera. In the shot of the helicopter without the camera, you can clearly see the tail number: N350SC

The regostration number is visible on the top fairing of the aircraft ( which I believe is an AS350) with a camera on the nose.. most likely it is a news channel's aircraft.. couldn't read the registration number in the video but if you are that scared of it try to read the big registration # and run it on the FAA web site to find out who owns it
