I have to disagree. It may be because of how the game plays now, the different graphics, voice, camera, or sounds or a combination of all, but these combos don't look as clean as back in '97 and '98. They also seem shorter (excluding the infinite Power Charge from '97).

I have a few friends who say it's all about button-mashing, especially on SCIV. I'm like "how the fuck do you expect to even win a tournament like that?" Real fighters know combos, no matter what game! Does "training mode" ring any bells?
