You sir are a dumb fuck haha most all gas stations have a preset limit that it turns the pumps off when you pay at the pump with your debit or credit card for security reasons. If you would just go inside and prepay a certain amount it wont turn off at $80.
you should be able to get 35 gallons whether you pay cash, credit, or debit card, that's what they advertise. If there are limits at the pump set by the oil company, then there is no way I or anyone else can purchase 35 gallons
"Not even half a tank of gas"? of course- you put 10 gallons of it in the cans. And it cut you off at $80, that has got to be your credit card. We fill up our buses at Shell because of the Kroger deal and usually pay in cash and have never had an issue getting the full 35gallons. Plus- the pump does say turn your vehicle off when fueling. I'd suggest it simply as a safety concern
Your beef is with the credit card company. I swear, people like you make me want to quit my job.
