look online type in 99-00 civic front bumper. It doesnt have to be SI all 99-00 civics have the same front bumper, or you can go to a parts wholesaler i dunoo if they got them were you live but they sell trunks bumpers skirts fenders etc... good luck!!

oo one more thing if you change the bumper your gonna have to change your whole front fenders hood and lights. If you have a 98 or lower they wont fit on the 99-00 front, they are cut differently.

The bumpers are a tad bit different. What I mean is you have like bumper guards on the ek4 SiR whereas we don't have those. Headlights are the same, cars are the the same. The 96-98 have a different front than the 99-00. Not much but they are different. They also have different tail lights.
