"Oxygen Detected on an Extrasolar World" is a headline we'll be seeing within the next few years. It will be profound; and the detection of O2 is about all we'll know about the world. So buckle your seat belts...
Seth thinks he knows it all and that he's the ultimate authority in the universe !!Get a life tosser ! Who ever said aliens used or transmitted radio waves ?? Did the aliens tell you that ?? No they didn't !!You don't know shit, you're a nerd with a massive ego and all you need is a good smack in the mouth
Back in WW1&2, humans were less humanitarian. The desire for preservation of life enhances as we grow culturally, artistically, alongside technological advancements. If Aliens were advanced, what more their artistic culture. They may not think like us, even if they are aware of us, they may not want to CONTACT us due to preservation of not human life itself, but also human evolution. That may be more interesting to them as we might see things in another way they can't see without external help.
What ever Alien's are like, the usual cravings for power, conquest and greed should still be instinctive as well as the 'positive' side of that. Yet colonisation would be the normal path they will take, and let's say, they are advance space faring aliens, they might conquer or dominate us. Still they haven't found us, and what if, we are the 1st advance civilisation, with other aliens being more primitive. There must be a 1st somehow, somewhere..right?
@ParablueStudios There's another way to look at it. Primitive man was a complete savage who did not have the capacity for altruism but today we have all kinds of human rights and animal laws. What if the aliens who are more technologically advanced than us are also more morally advanced?
I tend to feel that a technologically more advanced society should also mean a morally more advanced society. 'Evolution' of culture and science to grow concurrently. If we visit another planet and find cows talking, are we going to eat them? Imagine having dinner with a cow, and we are eating beef steak. Any society which doesn't grow culturally will blow themselves up upon discovering atomic science.
The theoretical understanding of the world, which is the aim of philosophy, is not a matter of great practical importance to animals, or to savages, or even to most civilised men.
Not to mention the string theory which (if correct) essentially directly shows how all matter in essence is vibrations, something which we have been obsessed with since the birth of our civilization in the form of music. (heck even animals sing)
@highlander2107 Exactly. Especially your point about art, it is something infused deep in our evolution, read Poe's "The Poetic Principle", everything in art is about or core deep desire for beauty (from evolution and the strive for betterment), something which is universal through all life, not just Bob in his outhouse. For instance, any civilization looking out on the universe will see the exact same beautiful nebulae as we see, its art. Its not a human invention, its everywhere naturally.
i think what he meant when he said that they don't have that. he was trying to say that they don't have the same art or music, or that maybe they see art in a different way than us, but then again, maybe intelligent life in other planets didn't evolved the same way it did here.
therefor, maybe they didn't come across art or music as they evolved into an intelligent civilization.
& we might share something with them they don't know of.
@highlander2107 He wasn't saying they wouldn't have art, only that our cultures would be different. It's like if I download a song from India. I know it's music because I can hear the notes, but the culture is unfamiliar to me so it would be something new to discover and something that would tell me about the people who made it.
the host is reptilian clearly.

Again Seths foul game is obvious- all he wants is to discredit all the people who know about the alien presence . He´s an CIA soldier , nothing else
damn4409 1 year ago
@damn4409 Do you really believe that?
Where did you get the idea that he's a CIA soldier? What evidence do you have to think that?
Who are these people who know about the alien presence and what evidence do they have that there is in fact an alien presence?
begood20000 1 year ago
@begood20000
His ugly foul smile when he mocks about people who saw an Ufo is evidence enough.
Watch Larry King Live : Ufo debate - part 1 of 4, then you know what happens with evidence

11:00. Aliens don't have music or art? lol. I understand Seths point but come on, how naive.
Music is based on mathematical equations of frequency, so yes, they have music.
Art is a reproduction of a brains images, so yes, they have art as well.
We'll never find radio waves from outer space, we won't even use them in 50 years seeing as satellite is line-of-sight and fiber is underground.
Aliens would at LEAST use quantum entanglement for communication, sheesh.
Look it up.
