  • Most of the stuff is shit but for the people complaining about not hitting his chest when benching, some people get shoulder injuries from doing that. You only NEED to go to about 90 degrees.

  • @samr0ss if you go to about 90 degrees its mostly triceps you work on.the last 10 cm to the chest is the most important for chest.and if you get shoulder injuries you are pressing it above your shoulders and not above your chest.i hear this a lot.1 friend of my he did this to.his chest was nice but then came the injuries, he went to the doktor wich said he hadnt trained his joints because of half reps.same like this boy.and now he started over again with complete reps and doing a lot better now

  • @looijz If i was doing it above my shoulders the day I got my injury I would be dead or paralised because that shit would have come down on my neck. After my injury my PT at the time told me just to go level with the floor or about 2/3 inches from your chest. Ive done that for almost 2 years, got a good size chest and no injuries since. Don't get me wrong I attempt to go a little further evey now and again but my shoulder starts to ache.
