scout scattorshot and overhaul (or whatever his name was) were my first cybertron toys. when overhaul became leobreaker (the episode itself i missed) i was like aw yea! and when scattorshot was upgraded, i knew i had to get the toy. unfortunately even though i saw it at the store i didnt have enough money at the time :(

The scout Scattorshot was also sold in the Universe line. The old one with no bio on toys but the basic storyline (Unicron feeding on energy radiation, Optimus Primal's Autobots). Not the new Universe line. And believe it or not, I found it (the scout toy in Universe packaging) today at Carrefour. I'm not kidding. Seriously. How weird is that?

i finally ordered my CDF scattorshot today because of this review.

now i just need red alert, but he is REALLY EXPENSIVE of eBay. shame (unless somebody here is willing to sell me one(i can pay up to $40 including postage))

I never got why Scattorshot and Red Alert got way bigger in Cybertron Defense mode but they made Hot Shot SHORTER? Kinda weird.

Love this toy though, but my personal favorite of the three is Red Alert

No a clue and I wondered that too. I don't know, redalert was kinda a mild letdown to me... still a good figure, just more like a over sized figure than a true Ultra.

No, but lately as I am trying to edit a video down to 10 min if I come up with like 12 min and cant cut anything without removing something I really like I will just split it clean in half. I am still trying to keep them as short as I can while still being my self though.

I think it is great. It, unlike other SW Transformers actually doesn't feel like it was made from the "cheap" plastic, plus it's electronics & features are great, but like most planet Transformers (i.e. Unicron, Primus) it has a complex transfromation. I actually recommend it to most.
