  • This guy is lucky he didnt swear or they couldve nicked him under section 5 (covers most fings) and that he had a witness or he couldve been verballed!

  • yea i feel the same if you want do this then you can & no can say sweet fa about it

  • Winston Churchill "the fascists of the future will be called anti-fascists"

  • UK sucks compared to america

  • @jukio02 police are worse in america, much worse! We are catching up though :(

  • And the government is trying to pass a law that gives these arrogant and untrained private, i repeat PRIVATE company security guards and bouncers police powers, powers to hand out fines and arrest and detain people, making them a law unto themselves... Police state indeed. There goes what shred of freedom we have left.

  • police making there own laws up, fancy uniform, no basic knowledge ,Disgrace

  • what if you need to take a really bad piss and you cant because they'res a camera there? lol

  • That cunt still works in regent street . Every time i pass him i remind him how he made a right prick of himself !! Sometime he just gives a nervous smile. But he is a complete prick and should never be allowed to be more than a prick traffic warden

If you see him , remind him of his mistake !! He should be a £3 a hour noodle cooker in China town

  • his own gaaaawden

  • what a little cunt prick.

  • Similarly the man with a megaphone in Worthing. The Police Community Support Officer in the first clip was clearly an idiot and was rightly made to look foolish. "Show me your id!" LOL. That's a case right there for instituting proper training and reasonable barriers to selection of numbskulls. The security guard at the end assaulted both photographers and tried to illegally detain them. Nuff said. Why does the narrator have a phoney American accent?

  • The advice given in this video is now out of date - section 76 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 makes it an arrestable offence to take still or moving images of police officers (yeah, I know...). In the case of the man filming in his own garden, he was within the law to film them as it was before that law came into affect. The officers could have arrested him, however, when he started shouting insults at them in the street - that's an offence under Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986.

  • ok heres what i would do if a guy came and started recordeing me....beat the shit out of them...ofcours it should be iligal to take images of people withought promition.....sure u can take images of a croud..in public..but not right on his face...targeting someone............but as it stands its not ilgal..so if it hapens to u give his camra and his face a joly god hook

  • There is people who will bring up the point,it's worse here than in britain, not an issue.

They in England are the most watched by their own leaders,it is a very strange affair.

  • It's only criminals and/or attention seekers who think that Britain is a Police. Did you know there are laws governing the placement of ALL CCTV cameras including Police CCTV? e.g. They are not allowed in residential areas.

  • fuck you traitor

  • @ssssroryssss2

They are in residential areas, you are the weakness in britain, that allows yourself to be watched by your leaders.

  • @tqued25 Show me where and I bet all of them are outside any public conveniences e.g. shops, libruaries, pubs etc. If you don't like Britain then why don't you fuck off to a "free" country like China?

  • wrong, they have them in estates and towerblocks.

I do not live in Britain,as it is full of weak people like yourself.

  • @ssssroryssss2

Why people like yourself are happy to be watched is beyond the grasp of normal people. The case with you is the fact you have never been out of britain and no little of freedom.People in the former eastern block were not watched as much as the english.

    smile for the CCTV.

  • @tqued25 Don't even try to insult me, it's not working. Please show me pictures of cameras wher you said they were. When I was a kid, my dad ran a minibus company, so I've done more miles than I can count, probably more miles than you have ever seen. Have you seen a vehical that has done 10 times the equator of the Earth? We once drove to Portugal and back with a total of 3500 miles. Think before you open your mouth, you never know who you're talking to on the internet.

  • @ssssroryssss2

You want me to go to England and take pic's of cameras, how ironic.

Wow!you went all the way to Portugal,in your dad's adapted for special needs pixie bus,you really are the globe-trotter.

Did you take pic's of all the cities on the way and did your carer help you jot down all the town names in your transformer scrapbook.

  • @tqued25 Your really not very good at this. I said AS A KID meaning I didn't fucking drive then. The reason I asked you to find those pictures is because I can tell that you have never been to the UK or haven't spent enough time here to really soak up the many cultures and laws that have been here for a very long time. Did you know the UK had the first democracy? Or that the UK was the first nation to make slavery illegal, giving those slaves their first human rights? Go pick up a history book.

  • @ssssroryssss2

Now your a big boy,you get to drive your own little bus,o.k i get it.

Well i did spend a fair bit of time in little britain and only little creeps like yourself soak up laws.

The U.K did not have the first democracy, nor did it first abolish slavery.

That first statement alone is special,in modern terms at least it was the Ukraine, followed by Poland and even then Britain's democracy was "By the power of kings".

  • @tqued25 uhhhh ok, it was the first industrialised nation to abolish slavery and become a democracy. So what kind of a creep am I? a chav? lol no :D You still haven't told me where you are from

  • @tqued25 and another thing. I bet you think guns are completely banned in the UK? I can still go and get a license for shotguns and riffles. Thats something your right-wing fascist peers don't tell you about the UK. Calling us British "weak" is rather pathetic. Where are you from anyway?

  • @ssssroryssss2

You better take care, with that big gun of yours, or you could blow a hole in your old mini-bus driving pop.

    Hehe amused greetings;)

  • @tqued25 I've been thinking about this and do you know what I've realised? I realised that I have the freedom, will and strengh of mind to stop this argument right now. You can send all the repplies you want, I will not respond no matter how much you try to annoy me.

  • Those were just a bad police officers. England actually has some of the best civil liberties in the world. e.g. You cannot walk across farm land or any privately owned country in the USA yet over here you can and on some days, The MOD will let you onto some of their land. The question over this video is why would you want to film the police other than to get their attention?

  • england has no civil liberties. you cant even defend your home if someone brakes in it.

  • Actually you can. Do some research into UK law under "Reasonable force" section.

  • Funny watching police having to walk away with there tails between there legs. No disrespect to all police. Many do a good job and actually know the law. Just some moronic ones that need to be fired.

  • "Shut up, shut up" nothing to see here! Whats happend to this country?

  • in many ways, england is 1 big epic fail!

  • as time goes on and from things i have seen and heard of England....if there is anywhere on the planet that there will be another civil war, it will be there.

  • who would be fighting who tho?

  • @Genuinemosis

the way its looking right now it seems EDL vs BNP vs police vs government vs muslims/ethnics etc etc

  • i know they are watching me but i dont give a FUCK

  • the wpo needs to be suspended as she is breaking the law by inciting darren to conflict

  • So sad to watch what is happening over there, and around the world... And from the media perspective those guys are spreading the freedom.. :(

  • you dont need to show ID or give name or address unless you have committed a crime! the asian asking the chap to stop was breaking the law by inciting the object (man) through his aggressive illogical attitude.you can however demand that a police oficer or plastic bobby cso give their name .number and station.the cops demanding darren to switc the camers off were breaking the law by making it up as they go along i,e

  • It is discrageful the way that the government film us whereevr we go with CCTV but they try to arrest us when we film or take pictures, even though it is not against the law. But the way the filmers stand up for themselves really encourages me, especially the man with the megaphone. Everyone in Britain should make sure they know the law and their rights so we can try to stop the police state.

  • i do this and carry around a note pad, and once im proven right, i write down 'EPIC BURN' and hand it to them =)

  • i would rail the shit outta that girl cop

  • dirty bastards

  • PIGS
